🛑 Avoid This Place Living here was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Management shows extreme favoritism—some residents are allowed to break rules, harass others, and invade privacy, while the rest of us are unfairly targeted and micromanaged. We had a neighbor who was openly hostile and even tried to physically attack my boyfriend. Despite multiple reports, management did absolutely nothing. That same neighbor pointed a security camera directly at our RV and constantly monitored us numerous times! Again, we reported it, and again, nothing was done. When we moved out, the neighbor stood outside yelling and clapping at us — a final act of harassment that management still ignored. To make matters worse, this same neighbor was allowed to install a full dog fence — something clearly not allowed per the park rules. Management ignored it while we lived there, but as soon as we moved out, they suddenly made the neighbor take it down. Just more proof of how inconsistent and unfair the management is. On top of that, they ran a background check on one of my guests without permission, even though the lease doesn’t require it. Then they tried to charge me simply for having a guest stay — a rule they didn’t enforce for others. This place is toxic, mismanaged, and completely unprofessional. If you’re not one of their “favorites,” expect to be watched, harassed, and ignored. Avoid this place at all costs.
