Nice RV park in a great location on Big Stone Lake. Not alot of hiking in Lakeshore RV Park, but has access to Big Stone Lake for swimming, fishing and boating. Boat and cabin rentals are great for a quick weekend getaway.

I'm new to the RV World.This would be my first time at an actual RV campground. Everything has been a learn as you go thing. Not the best approach. On short notice they were able to line me up with a spot. A nice level spot that I would not get to use. When I pulled in to the campgrounds I stopped and shut off my RV at what I thought was the office but it was not. Being that it was in the 96 degree area and a long day all I wanted was to feel the AC, a shower and a pillow. My camper would not start. The owner and his son were able to find the problem. I needed a new starter. Luckily where it died, my power cord was long enough to reach the power source. So, here I am enjoying the cool ac right now as I'm writing this without worries even because they have offered to help me find and pick up a starter in the morning. Finding people that will go to them lengths to help you is a rarity. I should also tell you that this place is well maintained with lots of amenities. Hat's off to the Lakeshore RV Park owners. Thank you for everything.

Lakeshore RV park is our second home in the summer in Ortonville! Steve and the staff are so accommodating and courteous, always there to help with any issues and maintain a clean and fun place to stay!! We love it!
