I have lived here for 4 years now and survived 2 prior landlords the first one of which was horrible. I love how quiet and inviting the park is, it really feels like home to my daughter and I. Carrie has been amazing to work with and she truly makes you feel like family. The maintenance department; headed by Jeremiah, takes care of problems that arise as quickly as possible. Thank you Carrie and Jeremiah for making this park feel like an actual community!

Went from 4 stars to 1 star. I'm not on the email list and the manager won't let me know when they are shutting water off so I have to ask my neighbors. The last leak was off from Friday to Tuesday. Good thing I had water in jugs due to the previous shut off and not being notified. I also had to refill my jugs more than once before water was turned back on. When it was turned back on it was disgusting from the sediment in the lines. The last time it was like mud coming through the sink. We have a brita water pitcher but I'm still skeptical on drinking it.

Moved from ny in 2019 had a good experience with the office manager at the time. Definitely helped me out getting me in a trailer in just two days of moving down. One year after living there covid happened and they fired the original office manager. Had a problem with the floor in the entryway the sub floor was rotted from a leak Under the front door they refused to fix it. Then the kitchen sink stoped working they refused to fix that as well. Moved back to ny after two years of living there. All my rent paid cleaned out well documented passed the move out inspection with a positive balance of 130$. I let them keep the positive balance. Fast forward 2.5 years got a letter from a debt collector in ny saying I owed them 2,425$ I called lakeside talked to the new park manager they have no idea what’s going on the debt collector has canceled the owed amount. I would recommend not living in this park seams to be unorganized and owed by a slum lord happy I moved out. Also some one broke in my car and my Neighbors cars. I don’t think I would live in a mobile home park again.

Nothing but a crooked joke. Terrible service. Horrible management. Place is a disaster.
