Josh is great! Shelley was horrible! New management seems ok. But my thoughts are this place needs love. I honestly like living where my kids friends live there's a Lot of improvements that could be made a Lot of ideas that would make lakeside trailer park more of a resort...

I lived there in 2008. My experiences are alot different than what I'm reading. Management was always willing to help people no matter the circumstances. Im sorry people don't like living there and sorry for the experiences. No one can tell me its a bad place.

Lived there for 20 years. Never been worse and with a manager that does not care it will get worse. Felt I had to move out.

There are some really good people that live there, but there's also a lot of people you do not want as Neighbors. Checking the crime news in the local paper should inform view of the drug activity and violence that appears well above the local average. Besides that, and lake and they referred to isn't really even a lake. It's a gravel pit that has been dug out and collected rainwater and seepage from the high water level. At the very end of the trailer park there are some spaces that have pretty views of the quote unquote Lake, but there are also abandon trailers with broken windows that obviously haven't been lived in for a very long time. If that wasn't enough it's like five miles outside of town
