Shame on you for selling this community while the residents have no where else to go. Families are being forced out of their homes and off the property that they've grown to know for years! This is atrocious and you are atrocious for allowing this to happen. You did not give the people of this community a choice in the matter and just accepted this form of abuse and got compensated for it. Now you expect the people to accept the little chump change you throw at them to do what? $200 isn't equivalent to the time and effort put into these communities to make them feel like home. It barely scratched the surface of the amount of money many of them gave to purchase their lots and the amount they've spent in lot rent over the course of their residency. Shame on you! At least give them something equivalent to the market so they're aren't forced into homelessness!

Shame on these people for kicking out residents during times like these where inflation is on the rise! Many of these residents have no where to go, all because of money hungry greedy people who want to build condos! Where’s their heart & humanity? They lost it due to greed! May you get what you deserve.

This RV Park is very beautiful and the lot rent is very reasonable. The property manager Nancy was very professional and made my transition very smooth. Jason even installed a new updated RV hook up the day I moved in. This is the nicest park in South Florida I've been too. Thank you for all the accommodations.

This has been a very peaceful place to live. Lately, they have been re-investing in the facilities and have made it better. For as close as we are to I-95, there is minimum noise heard. They recently upgraded the washers and dryers. I used them for the first time this weekend and they worked great! The facilities are kept very clean and there is a heated pool.
