The park is predominately occupied by folks who are there for extensive periods of time. Although, that is ok, we felt like "outsiders" while we were there. Very few cordial folks and even less so when we spoke or tried to acknowledge them. Pretty much ignored us. One person who was parked next to us was (at least) communicable. One employee even went out of her way to come out of the office, rush towards us while we were walking our dogs and chastised us for walking them in an "unauthorized" area of the park. No kindness or consideration of the fact only 1 sign indicated the area was designated as such and was on the opposing side of where we were walking. We saw it as we were leaving the area. All things considered, that particular encounter sealed our decision to leave. We are full timers, retired and enjoy meeting, making friends, camping and relaxing. This is not the place for that. This place is ok for a day if you need to unwind between legs of your trip but it isn't a destination. Lastly, the lake is not next to the park. We cut our stay short and left 7 days prior to our original leave date.

They are very strict with all of the rules. This is okay but we did feel like they were watching us a lot. Quick family trip. The Provo airport is next store making it louder than when we stayed here a few years ago. Hosts were polite and helpful in getting us spots next to friends. Seems to have a lot of long term guests and the whole park was quiet by 8:30 on the weekend.

Older but well maintained park, sites are reasonably level, and the location is outstanding. It's quiet, just outside of town, and walking distance to the lake state park marina. Water, sewer, 50 amp service were good, cable tv is grainy, and the wifi could be better, but it works. It's also a mere 8 minutes to NOORDA and Rocky Mountain University, and to the center of town.

First let me speak well about this place. Clean washrooms and pool. It’s nice and quiet but right by the airport. The Guy at the front desk was polite and asked all the questions about our tent trailer and put us in a shady site as we had requested. We had a small issue which was quickly dealt with and a visit from Managment in the morning to personally make sure everything was good. Thank you for the follow up.

To say this place was unforgettable would be an understatement. I wish I could forget it in absolutely every way. The staff was rude, unkniwledged and dishonest. The park is primarily occupied by full time residents, many with pets who are untrained, bark constantly and make the stay anything but enjoyable and peaceful. The spots are beyond close and are set up so you camp facing your neighbor, who is about 6' away. The full time residents literally "police" the park. Don't park like that, don't go to the park with your dog. My dog is beyond well trained, and a fully registered service dog, who alongside me can literally and legally go just about anywhere. Lakeside RV Park is not lakeside, about 1/2 mile or so. But it is next to a stagnant river, you wouldn't throw your worst enemy in. That all said, I happily packed uo and left, with them giving me a receipt for a full refund. Here's where it gets even worse, if it even could. They did not issue a refund, rather they charged me twice, so instead of a $477 refund, they charged me $954 + an additional $54 for a total of $1008 dollars. Thankfully I asked for a refund receipt, and after an hour on the phone with my bank, my bank has reversed all the charges. In summary, park is run down, not beside a lake, rather under the Provo airport fligh path. Primarily occupied by full time residents, mis managed, and has more rules than a rulebook. I'm not one to post. But an experience like this of a facility and staff so poor. I hope helps others from making the mistake of thinking of staying at (NOT) Lakeside RV Park! STAY AWAY!!! 👎👎👎👎👎
