Don't let the pictures or name fool you this is by no means a RV resort this should be renamed Lakeside Mobile home and RV park just about everyone in here lives here and they do not keep up their areas everyone looks like they are having a garage sale. No enforcement of quite times, or keeping your trash picked up, the trailer we had to park by he left at 4:30 Am for work 3-4 dogs barking for at least 2 hours when he leaves, kids screaming across the way all hours. Just horrible stay....

I am very disappointed with this year’s upkeeping. There are no buoys in the lake which is dangerous for any swimmers, only one of the three useable piers has chairs to sit on/ fish off of, and not to mention that the sand is littered with weeds and seaweed. Seeing that the lake is one of the big sellers at this resort, its upsetting to see just how little the lake is actually taken care of. Update- this year the lake still didn’t have any buoys put in, which is upsetting and I hope for next season their will be buoys 🤞🏻on the plus side the beach is very taken care of and raked every week which is greatly appreciated! Although one of the most upsetting and aggravating factor this season was the pool. Almost every time I was at the pool there were people drinking alcohol, especially in the pool, this raises some safety concerns with slipping, impaired judgment, and even possible broken glass or alcohol in the pool itself. Not to mention most of the adults who are “socializing” all day don’t even watch their kids in the pool which is extremely dangerous! Half the time the group that would come to the pool to drink wouldn’t even be wearing their bathing suit just normal clothes just to come to the pool and drink, which made it very uncomfortable for the residents that come to the pool for it’s actual use to swim. I hope that with new management and a new season next year there will be more rules and regulations that come in with the pool.

Bring your own RV or there is a rental. Great swimming pool and friendly people.

management at this property picks and chooses who she will get along with if you are not on her good list and she’s going to treat you with disregard like you are irrelevant in HER campground. I thought this was a corporation on campground, but apparently not in her world

Can’t really say if the campground is nice because I couldn’t get a reservation. The website showed availability and was even going to take my card for payment to reserve a lot. But I couldn’t find information about the pet policy so I needed to confirm I could bring my pitbull. I called and was told they only do annual spots and no pitbulls … she obviously has a problem with the breed by the way she said it all snotty. That’s okay. Me and my awesome dog found a spot a few miles away at Mini Mountain.
