Said they had a public boat ramp on their web page. Not. Update - Thanks for the response. I drove an hour and a half to catch the sunset with my wife for a surprise date on the water, only to arrive and find the gate with no access. I would even pay to launch at your location.

Disappointed After Years Here – Poor Conditions Under New Ownership We've kept our boat at this facility for over five years. Things used to be decent, but ever since new ownership took over, the place has gone downhill fast. The bathrooms are filthy—there's rarely any soap, the water often doesn't run, and basic cleanliness is clearly not a priority. The dudes bathroom smells of dead fish 🤮For $360 a month, you'd expect at least functioning, sanitary facilities.Sadly, that’s not the case. The local gas stations have cleaner restrooms and soap than this place The roads around the storage units are in terrible shape. They haven't been graded or maintained in ages, and navigating in and out of the stalls is a real challenge. It feels like nothing is being done to care for the property or improve conditions for paying customers. The only reason we haven’t moved is because of the location—it's close to the lake, and that’s hard to give up. But overall, this place feels like a no-win situation. You're stuck between convenience and neglect. Very disappointing.

We belonged to their private boat launch club for use of their boat ramp on Lake Conroe. Because it was private, they use a gate to gain access to the property. Having used this gate for years(as we’ve been a customer for years), it was a strange day to enter the gate and have it close on our vehicle as we were entering the gate. Midway through the gate with a boat attached to us, we were unable to make any quick evasive action to get away from the gate closing, and it hit the rear quarter panel of our car leaving damage. As our vehicle/boat was halfway in the gate, with the gate not stopping, it is clear the photo eye was not connected/working and also the exit loop in the ground was not sensing correctly as our vehicle was over it. The gate continued to close on our car regardless. Upon telling the property manager about what happened, they were cold and refused to remedy the situation in any way. They even suggested that their gate had nothing wrong with it although it just literally closed on our car seconds before we notified them. Very disappointing that this business charges a premium to be a part of their membership, yet has absolutely NO customer service. Owned by a very large storage unit management company, I guess customer service and any care whatsoever gets lost between the local employees and the big office building located elsewhere.

This place is most definitely a 5* in my review. My family and friends enjoyed this past weekend there (5/26, 5/27/2025) all staff were amazing in any form of assistance. It's secluded and very quiet with a great view of the water. I will be back and mo matter what, I'll gladly stay here. Thx again to all involved

****Update: this marina has only gotten worse each year. I wouldn’t even be lying if I said every week it gets worse and they keep upping the price with each new year. The projects they started last year never got completed and are just deteriorating away with each passing day. Some storms came through and tore up a lot of the docks that never got completed and they are all just bowed and missing planks or caution taped off. Very frustrating. We also don’t have a ton of options so it feels almost like they take advantage of the members.. I hope one day they actually get it fixed up but not looking promising. I would advise to go elsewhere with your money *****They changed this marina to private which is fine for us. We pay the membership fees and we spend a ton of time at the lake. today we forgot to grab ice on our way up here and they have an ice machine outside the office that would appear to be for use from the people that pay to come launch their boats here but it is not and they only allow some people to use it and others apparently are not allowed. So we purchased ice from them in individual bags. I’m not angry about Ive but I think it’s a small incentive that would be greatly appreciated by guests who pay to be here… they’re doing a great job with renovations but there is still much to be desired

Online booking had me a little confused but Connie made the booking very easy over the phone. She was was super friendly and helpful (including Harley!). The boat was in good shape, weather threatened our trip but we had a great day on the lake. It was very quick and efficient to get into the boat, and it ran great.

Pretty good place to launch your boat. Now offer valet service which worked out pretty well. My only complaint is that you launch at this ramp and there are two concrete walls that you are in between that are about 30ft long. For those of you with wake boats know where I'm coming from with trying to stay straight backing out this walled in ramp can be a little nerve wrecking. With no steering in reverse and with those other inconsiderate boaters that come in and don't respect your space it could be pretty irritating... All in all, parking is good. Ramp is managed well. Just don't like the concrete walls

This site has been updated. Looks better every time we ho. Which is often, we fish this lake at least once a werk.
