We rented one of the cabins for a weekend. While small, it was better than any cabin, in a park like this, we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable. We had 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 German Shorthair pointers. It was tight, but we were really only in there to sleep. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The kids loved the pool and jump pad. The dog park area was clean and great to give our high energy dogs space to run off some steam. If we are in the area again we will definitely be back.

Before we booked we read many of the reviews so pulling up we weren't sure what to expect. I will start by saying you catch more bees with honey and not vinegar.... just be nice and that's usually what you'll get back. Grounds are very nice and manicured very well. Clean and tidy. We did get a site for 4 days and although they don't have a sewer hookup at the site they provided above ground tanks to hookup to. We didn't use it, just dumped on the way out at their dump station. Plenty of room getting in and out and sites are large. Water pressure was good and steady flow of electricity. Showers are nice and you have to pay .25 for 3 minutes (they aren't making a ton of money on showers, it's so water isn't left on when they aren't around). Not a big deal, they have quarters at the office. We didn't get to eat in the restaurant / bar area but it looked fun and inviting. Talked with the owner a few times and each interaction was nice and cordial. We would stay here again, the prices are good and didn't have any issues.

I decided to stay here for the EAA Air Venture (Oshkosh Air Show) and it did not disappoint! It was a bit of a drive to and from the show but for the price and the "calm after the storm" each day it was PERFECT. The owners were super friendly, the other visitors were very nice. and the cabin I stayed in (#2) was perfect. comfy beds, close to the showers/dining/pool/playground. A/C worked great. I got home and Carol emailed me that I had left a few cables and a battery to my photography equipment and promptly mailed them to me free of charge. When I go back for the next Oshkosh Airshow I will ABSOLUTLEY stay here again! I wish it was closer to Texas and I would visit more.

Great Spot! We were heading to Appleton for our grands youth bowling tournament and found Lakeview. Huge campground. Level gravel site, electric and water with dump station. Friday night fish fry with fresh lake perch was good too at their “bar and grill”. Lots of stuff to keep kids busy if you need that too! thanks for the stay!

We just got back from an unforgettable stay at Lakeview RV and Cabins, and I can’t recommend this place enough! The spacious campsites provided plenty of room for our family, allowing us to truly enjoy the outdoors. The kids had a blast at the playground and on the bouncy jumping mat, keeping them entertained for hours. As for me, the highlight was definitely the pool area—it’s fantastic! It’s connected to the bar and restaurant which was super convenient. What really stood out was the attentive service; the bartender/server came around the pool several times, checking in on guests and making sure everyone was well taken care of. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service! One thing that I’m super picky about with campgrounds is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and this place hit the mark. The bathrooms were always super clean during our time there! A+! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, and they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Their passion for the campground is evident, and it adds a personal touch to the whole experience. The amenities are top-notch, with a great mini golf course, an arcade, and a general store stocked with everything you might need during your stay. We even dined at the restaurant one night and ordered the brisket—it was absolutely delicious! Lakeview RV Park and Cabins is a true gem. We had such a wonderful time, and I can confidently say we will be back. If you’re looking for a family-friendly campground with fantastic amenities and exceptional service, this is the place to go!
