Lakewood Village MHC and RV

My wife and I rented a rv site for January and February. Our site was very spacious with a great brick paver patio. Not all the rv sites have the brick paver patios. Staff very friendly. Pool was kept very clean and heated to perfect temp. It was nice having own mailbox and trash cans. This place is mostly mobile homes with only a small amount of rv sites. The park was very quiet during our stay. It's about a 25 minute drive to beach. I would recommend this place.

The staff went out if their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. The residents are friendly and the area is clean and quiet. The amenities were fine I highly recommend this facility

Having lived here for 11 yrs this place continues to go down hill. They promise to do things like dig a ditch to keep the water from going underneath our homes but to no avail. Now in last 3 years rent has gone up from 515.00 per month to know 700.00. How nice. Still haven't fixed the drainage problem. Just did a ditch please.

After staying several months in our RV at Lakewood village we decided to buy a home here and make it our permanent residence. Tamara and Sheri made it so pleasant going out of their way to help us from every question ( I had a lot ) and every piece of paperwork, we truly appreciate you ladies!!
