Great place it does have its ups and down just like any other place. Great place to raise your family. The thing that will give you a headache is really nosey neighbors and winter time with all the snow. One sad thing about Landfall we lost an amazing maintenance guy Troy who would go above and beyond and above all very respectful. He will be missed especially on snow days where he would help and remove snow if he seen you struggling.

The lady at the front desk has an attitude problem. A simple question is asked and she turns nasty. I went in a couple weeks ago to inquire about living there and she kept cutting me off, and when she asked for my name and asked for spelling she yelled at me for “going too fast.” She was beyond rude. I have family that lives there, and the past managers have been great, this lady needs an attitude adjustment. She shouldn’t be working at the front desk if that’s her daily attitude. If landfall needs advice on hiring someone, hire someone who knows what customer service is!

Needs New Management and the maintenance crew need to be fired and new ones need to be hired other than that great place for kids the family means Center is awesome

Lee in the office is very friendly and helpful. 13 RV sites a little on the small side. Next to a beautiful lake.
