At first everything was good. Old but facilities are ok. Nothing spectacular but ok. At some times only one shower available due to handle malfunctions. Office hours are impossible to pin down. I realize they’re short handed but good grief. Planned to spend a few months here. Things changed suddenly and I notified staff at office that I’d be leaving earlier than expected. Had paid $150 deposit to cover any outstanding expenses upon departure. Checked out four days ahead of the next rent due date. Was told that I would receive a refund of $109 that would be credited back to my account. It’s been 45 days since I left and spoke to corporate several times. Was told the Laramie office would call and explain why I had not received refund. That has never happened. I’ve left multiple voice mails at laramie front desk phone and not one call back. I have given up on getting my money back. Don’t expect great customer service and you’ll be fine. Not a bad place to spend a night or two but as said in other reviews the rules are not enforced and there are many times when the parking of multiple vehicles makes it nearly impossible to get down a row. Update: was told to email corporate regional office. Been 60 days since I left. Still no reply. Nothing. I suppose 100$ isn’t much to some people but it’s my money and they refuse to even acknowledge me or give an explanation. Watch your back with these people.

Had reservations for 2 nights in mid October but with high winds and the road closed to high profile vehicles ( RV's and motorhomes) for days we were not able to get to this campground without breaking the law and endangering me and my family. Despite the campground knowing the circumstances they refused to reimburse are money for either night and would not return our calls or emails. Never answered the phone no matter what time you called. I would recommend never giving this campground your business ever.

Very small, tight spaces. Our sewer was difficult to hook up to, so will wait til next stop and not use this one. We were near the office and got the fumes from all the cars stopping and idling there (even tho a sign said please turn off your engine. ) Even though it was noisy during the day it was miraculously quiet during 10-7 quiet times posted! Passable for one night, though quite expensive for what we got for it! About $77.

We have stayed here many times. It’s easy and accessible for coming and going to UW athletic events. Most enjoyable when we are able to get the southeast spots … bigger, spacious and you don’t get the noise from the interstate. While there aren’t any trees or anything for shade, hook ups always work and at easy to access - WiFi not always working and/or speedy. The office closes promptly at the minute they say and no one is available otherwise. This year they charged me a fee for processing my reservation - always a new charge on top of the main fees. Even if they is no one in the spot you reserved, they won’t let you pull into your spot until the 2:00 check in time. It’s a bummer that the campground can’t just be run locally by people who are vested in the community vs a large corporation.

This campground is a very mixed bag. Some sites are beautiful, pull thru, large, with porch furniture and full hookups. Other sites are much more crowded and smaller. They also have several cabins and sites for tents. The bathrooms were clean and code protected. Wifi is avaiable, and there are a playground and a dog park. The sites, even the deluxe ones are not well leveled. We had issues with a very low water pressure. It's very close the highway 80. We appreciated the laundry facility (coins) on the premises, as well as being able to receive mail and packages. You'd need the office if you don't have sufficient coins for laundry, however, the office hours (late September) were quite limited.

Easy access off the highway but not loud with traffic noise. Simple online booking. Wifi was kinda slow but the weather wasn't great. Lots of pull through spots, pretty close together though. Clean bathroom and shower facilities!

35 years travel background. I normally AVOID all KOA camp grounds for a few reasons 1. the parks are generally very old so the sites are small not "Big Rig" I have also found that the management can be rude. With the above in mind this park should have kept the KOA sign out front. I have a 44ft RV with a tow the hook ups are good even the wifi and cable both good. The park has 150-200sites. When checking in I told the office that my rig would not fit even in the "65ft" site. I was told that my car would need to be in an overflow area or be towed. The park has maybe 30 rigs. Why not off to let me park in a site near my rig. We are both restricted on the walking. The other issue I drove by this park 3 times yes I could see the KOA building but was told this is not a KOA. NO SIGNS & no street sign BAker. No apology from the office just that the new owners RJourney had not gotten to this issue for the last 7 weeks. I would never stay at this park again, its just like many of the KOA parks
