Betty Jean Petrinovich
I stopped in to get a campfire permit and general information. He was friendly, efficient, patient, and helpful. He went above and beyond to print a "Trees of Lassen National Forest" for me, because there were none in the display rack. They were both interested in my requests. Very enjoyable.
