Stayed at the Last Resort for a wedding located just a mile and a half from here. We stayed at a tent site. We usually stay at free, boondooking sites when camping as we enjoy getting away and having our privacy. I was so surprised by how spread out all the tent sites were! Actually felt like we had no neighbors. And they were right by the river. My boyfriend & I agree that this was the best paid for campsite at a campground that we have ever stayed at. The trails were nice, games scattered around the grounds, and a beautiful community pavillion. Also, the people who work there (or maybe it was the owner idk) are very accomodating and nice. We will 100% be back next time we visit Pagosa

My husband and I just stayed here for a week. We loved our spot right on the river. It was quiet and a great spot to relax on the water be outside. Lots of birds everywhere. This is a small, family owned RV park. Personally, I prefer to stay near the creek without a full hook up. (Water & electric) There are a few small trails, a pond to fish in, a rabbit pin and a small area for your dog. It feels a bit like stepping back in time. We saw multiple families and groups camping together. Kids playing together on the old school tire swing or throwing a football or frisbee or playing in the creek.

Clean, comfortable, and private. Great location in relation to town/springs. Helpful and kind staff- we tented and the bathroom area was a huge help- washing dishes/restrooms. Awesome amenities- lots of games and sweet pavilion to hang - can tell there’s thought and heart here.

Just about 10 minutes south of Pagosa Springs, this quiet RV park on the river was a great resting spot from the daily activities. There are multiple (hidden) river access points and several easy to find spots including a small sandy beach. The pavilion was great with a large Blackstone griddle, TV, and lots of seating. They even had several cabin options if you don’t have an RV. We will be back.

I love this small park outside Pagosa Springs. The owners are nice people and they keep the park in great shape. It's in a beautiful setting with lots of nature around. They have two resident donkeys and chickens. There are spots to dry camp (with water and electricity) and spots for tents right by the river, as well as a variety of full hookup sites. It just has a very peaceful, family vibe, with big play areas for the kids, great places to walk your pet and a lovely community area with tables and games. The wifi was good too, at least where we parked. Not a big fancy resort type RV park, but that's what we liked about it! We'll definitely stay again if we're back in the area!

The owners are very nice. Honestly we were a little disappointed. It was different than what the pictures show. Only 2 showers, one male one female. The full kitchen that we have access to was nice. Wifi was spotty at best and only worked in a few spots

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this campground and we are eager to return on a future visit. The folks that run this campground are super kind and helpful. They have a really nice community area by the bathrooms (which are very clean) with a table and games. The camp sites are large and some of them, like the one we had, feel quite secluded. Our site was right by the river. It was fabulous! Indeed one of my favorite places to camp.

Tent camping here is fantastic as the spots are secluded and right along the river. Owners are kind and accommodating. You can't go wrong if you want to get away from it all.

We enjoyed this RV park! It’s a short ways down a hill from the road, which was nice because you didn’t have traffic noise interrupting your sleep or fun. We had a beautiful spot on the river, which was nice to hear the water flowing. The staff was very nice and helped us with firewood, parking and general info we needed. One issue was that they turned off the water for our trailer hook up due to it being the winter season. We didn’t know this until we arrived, but we didn’t know to ask since we are new to RVing. They did allow us to dump our tanks at a different area with water, but when we tried we realized the tanks were frozen! I would highly recommend this place, but if you go in the winter ask if they have the water hook up available so your tanks don’t freeze.
