I enjoy the park there is always privacy and room even when it's full they offer short-term daily or long-term with full bathroom amenities as well as a laundry room. Good security as the park is regularly patrolled as well as regularly maintenanced. Very clean KOA campgrounds

Stayed 3 nights in September. Mold in showers and mildew on shower curtains. You can tell they don’t clean the stall walls or scrub around the shower base because there is mold and gross stained calcium everywhere and marks on the stalls from water and dirt didn’t change from day to day. Water pressure was terrible in bathrooms; had cold showers most of the time. Campground manager has a Trump flag so that should tell you a lot. Office was closed during open hours. Laundry hours not ideal when you’re out all day at the beach. Wifi never worked but they claim they have it. Talked with other campers and they said it has never worked for them. Signal but it doesn’t stay connected. Surprised this place can even carry the KOA brand name. It’s so poorly maintained and dumpy.

This was an average RV park. I would suggest that the maintenance people get off their golf carts and walk the sites. Our site had 20+ cut zip ties, broken cutlery and misc. throughout ours. We were also next to an RV that looked to be there full time. Dogs were outside unattended. Had so much stuff outside, they should have a storage unit. Don’t require your campers to follow rules when you have this in your park.

They even have a movie theatre! This is one of my favorite places to stay. I just wish the wifi had a better signal for my roku for the TV. The hot tub and pools are amazing in the winter they could raise the temperature a bit but very comfortable and maintained.

Fireworks can launch at random times (7am, 8pm, 1am), this also sets every dog in the park off. It doesn't feel like any KOA we've stayed at. Saw just one yellow shirt at checkin. The lots are sandy and when the wind blows there's no protection. The price is low, and while there were some long-term setups, most seem to be short or one week stays. Dog park is very small area (20x40), so it's less of a "dog run" as advertised unless you have a very small dog :) Showers were clean and hot. Laundry had plenty of machines (9, with only 1 broken). Probably won't stay again due to fireworks, but if they don't bother you it's a place to park for a few nights.
