We have been going to Lazy Frog Campground for many years, but this last year was our first as a seasonal. I can't say enough good things about the campground, the owners, or the guests who come there. We have made so many great friends and enjoyed so many great days and nights with our extended family. Peggy and John (the owners) are the most remarkable people I've ever met. They take so much pride in maintaining the campground and making everyone feel like they are part of their family. The campground is immaculate from the store, the Pavilion, to every site and the owners spend extraordinary amounts of time and effort to keep it that way. The events that they host are incredible and include something for every age group. My family has never had so much fun at a campground! Peggy and John definitely create an atmosphere of friendship and belonging that a campground needs. Best place to camp, whether a seasonal or just for a sort time - bar none. Absolutely come join them at the Lazy Frog!!

This is by far our favorite place to get away. John and Peggy are great with everyone, and really go above and beyond with hosting special events, and really getting everyone together. The atmosphere is very friendly, and the campground is very clean. Spacious, clean, well kept sites, with very reasonable rates. Pet friendly is a great bonus. We’ve been coming here throughout the last few seasons, and the bugs have been almost non existent. This place has definitely stood out as the most desirable camp spot in the area.
