Amazing they helped me out with a space when I was really in a jam. She took the time to email after hours and stay in touch until I could make up my mind. I was really starting to rethink moving to fort myers until we spoke. Thank you so much you may never have any idea how much this saved our plans to relocate

After the hurricane the only place who has vacancies was Lazy J. We lived there for 10 months full time till our home was already to move back. This place was our safety heaven on the time we was in need. The neighbors was great and respectful. Very quite and lay back environment. The maintenance or any issues at the park was addressed in time. The price is affordable. I definitely recommend Lazy J.

I love it here, I like walking around and the massive lake in the middle is awesome, and there are so many turkey's there and there is a dog I love next door!! But one problem is the Mexicans over by the lazy j park playing music so loudly while we try to sleep. Other than that we love it so much!

OH MY GOSH 💕 The management here is out of this world wonderful. Not only are they attentive and kind to all of their tenants ( I've seen it) but they come to you on a personal level when you have something going on in your life. My van was broken down because it had bad gas in it, we had to pump it out. I had no way to get to the gas station to get more, so I asked him for a ride, and he brought me 11, yes.. 11! Gallons of gas! Then it wouldn't start because the battery was dead, so he gave me a jump! Sharon, oh that wonderful woman, worked with me on the date I paid my rent, because I'm on social security, and didn't get my check until after the due date, she helped me find other RV parks to find something for winter ( they were already all booked up! )The lake is amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset, the fishing is fun. The showers are clean, and the toilets are too! This place is wonderful, and I plan to come back first chance I get! I would recommend this place to everyone! Thanks so much for helping me so much! After the hurricane they were wonderful! They knew people didn't have food so they had a barbecue for days to feed everyone! They went around and cleaned up the whole park from debris, and on top of that, they ran thier hose (on their water bill) out to the fence so we could get water, because the whole park had no water! Can you believe it!? This place is amazing. The community is great! Everyone waves to everyone, it's really a place you can call home!!

A great place to park and see the sights Florida has to offer, short term or long term! Extremely affordable compared to the rest of SWFL. My wife and I are full-timers and loving how quiet, friendly, and close to downtown & the beaches this park is. Management is super fast to respond and very helpful if you want to do some of your own DIY projects on your RV. It isn’t a resort by any means, but it’s a quiet & friendly place to call home and a stress free place to stay if you want to explore the area.
