It has a family atmosphere, the neighbors are the best and for $465 a month it's the best like secret in Gulfshores.

Lovely, quiet place. Some of the pics shown are not from this RV park.

Small, private, older park. Mostly full timers or folks who stay more than a month. Cement plant next door fires up at 3 or 4 am. Not great but beats railroads that are close to some parks. Location is nice. Rent is extremely reasonable for the gulf. Host lives on site. Nice enough but slow to respond if you want to book what few sites might be available.

So much for Friendly and Inviting. When I called the lady that answered the phone acted like I was interrupting her. She asked what I needed and I told her I was looking to move down there around February and was looking for an RV spot until I could get a place to buy or rent. She said she was not sure if she could make me a reservation or not and then asked how many people and I told her just me and my dog. She immediately asked how big my dog is and told her he is a Min Pin and Corgi cross. She said that was to large of a dog and they only allow small dogs. My dog is well behaved and loved by everyone that meets him and he is a small dog. She said he is too big and that she could not help me. Not sure if it was really the dog or just the immediate feeling I got of not being wanted there to start with. Either way, I did not get the friendly and inviting feeling from the start of the conversation. Bad part is, I fell in love with the place from the pictures and the reviews talking about how nice and quite it is and the fact that they like to keep rift raft and young noisy partiers out. I like quite and I stick to myself and this place seemed perfect for me, but I guess it was not meant to be.
