We have stayed here before & have always enjoyed ourselves. We were staying a week & unfortunately didn't get any if the sites requested. We were assigned #69 ... it had a concrete pad which isn't a plus for us. Downfall is the power station right next to us. We like that Lazy River is 10 minutes from our son & daughter in law ❤️. It was a busy holiday weekend & were impressed & thankful they had security present.

This was our first ever camping trip, everyone is super nice and accommodating. Loved the peacefulness of it. Unfortunately for us we went during the hottest week of the year so we could t do everything offered. Only minimal thing I saw was the grass needed kept up on and cut some but if that’s the worst thing than I say we had a successful trip! We will come back I’m sure.

I would give 5 stars but they advertise 2 heated pools. I was looking forward to relaxing in a nice heated pool. Both pools were so cold, it was very disappointing. The campground was very nice, very clean, they put alot if time and thought into providing plenty of nice, well kept family friendly aesthetic activities for all ages. The staff was immediately there when we need help.

It would be nice if we could book our actual site given 4 months in advance. Policy prevents that. I have booked 7 weekends this year and this was a first. The response i got was " we do things differently here". We'll, we do too. I was warned about using your own firewood as they will charge you if caught and other ridiculous rules so they charge you by previous campers and was told to stay away. I figured I would go look as they are close to us. Spacious and decent sites are available...just can't reserve what you want. We tried.

I have brought my family here multiple times a year for about 3 years now and we absolutely love it. The amenities are great. The kids love both playgrounds, and the pools are wonderful. The shop always has what I need, and the snack shop always has funnel fries for the kids. The activities are always fun for the kids too. The staff is amazing. You can tell they love their job, excellent customer service. We can’t wait to go back next month.

I liked the campground, however, we stayed for a month and they put us in the furthest spot away from everything with zero shade in August! They claimed they had no other spots, but majority of the time they were next to empty. You can't bring your own go kart, but they want to charge and arm and leg for the use of theirs. I was not happy there. It is a nice campground other than that. I spent 99% of the time in my camper because I was so far away from everything. Yes I can walk but it was hot.

If I could give a 0 I would! Worst place we have ever camped. Staff is lacking in customer service. Everything is extra and limited spaces. I have a list of negative things and have addressed them with the staff. I hope they do a better job for future customers. I will definitely not be returning!!!
