We graduated on the 18th, and I had to share about our incredible experience at Domaine de l’Ange Gardien, just past Gatineau. We booked the room with a minimum of 80 guests (they also have another that fits up to 120), and it was perfect. Our ceremony took place outside in their beautiful gazebo, and their team set up all of our décor that morning — everything looked flawless. During the day, they went above and beyond — they brought me a fan and even followed me around with a water bottle in case I got thirsty. They anticipated our needs before we even realized we had them. The food was AMAZING — hot, perfectly timed, and everyone raved about it. Not a single complaint all night. Julie and her team are literal angels who took care of us from morning to midnight. If you’re looking for a venue that truly cares and delivers on every detail, Domaine de l’Ange Gardien is it.

Attended a wedding here. The area is gorgeous especially in fall. The building is extremely well kept, everything is clean and very professionally presented. The food is absolutely fantastic, highly recommend the poutine bar! The staff are absolutely the best part. Everyone was friendly, polite and very helpful, going out of their way to make sure the event was a success and the guests were happy and comfortable. Definitely check out the maple products store, they have frozen pies both savoury and sweet as well as condiments and treats. Can’t say enough good things!!

We loved it! Tasty food, well organized, fresh ingredients. We came here as a family and we all loved it!! Despite having to serve so many people, everything was fresh! The pancakes were soft and tasty, the maple syrup was fresh, portion size was great and the server did not hold back when we asked for more. They gave us all that we asked for - extra sausage, extra wedges, extra bacon, extra ham, extra everything!

Had a beautiful breakfast here. it was tasty and enormous portions. We reserved for 12 o'clock. There was about a 20 minute wait to get our table, but it was definitely worth it. All of the maple things were so tasty. Enjoyed the horse ride. I wish there were a few more interactive activities for the children, it was too warm and the snow tube slide was melted so we didn't really have anything to do on the property

Average food at best. It was so loud, my daughter complained about the noise level being so high. Eggs were terrible. The sugar pie is really bad, it's a total shame. People who are trying sugar pie for the first time will be disappointed. Rest assured, a good sugar pie is delicious. I'm also concerned with all the leftovers, if they might be serving them to other tables after. I would not recommend this sugar shack to anyone, especially with the premium price.

The food was amazing! You will not walk away from the table hungry. A tad loud but my group says that this added to the experience. The waitress was bilingual perfect for my mixed gang. We will definitely go back next year. My adult kids think it is the beginning of a new tradition.

A very welcoming experience. Our server Emily was very kind made sure we lacked nothing at our table. The manager was so friendly and jovial too my two sons who are early teens give him the thumbs up on being 'TOTALLY COOL' 😄. The dining environment was airy and not once we felt squeezed with other families. BTW.... The food was delish ☺️

Lovely tubing place - pricing is reasonable - definitely worth a visit per winter. Not enough parking so it overflows to the road with a longer walk. I would say not worth it for less than 4 yrs old since you have to go up the lift and down the hill on your own slide (can't sit in your lap). There was a hopping meal served inside when I was there but can't comment on the quality as I didn't have any. They do have bathrooms and a canteen and a maple syrup taffy shack. No surprise but you need fairly good mobility to get down and up from the tubes. The eating area was for the dining service when we were there so there wasn't an indoor place you could watch the hill from - you had to be outside.

3.5⭐️ Great little sliding hill just past the big city. Super friendly staff, nice clean chalet, nice tubing slide and not super busy on this beautiful Saturday when we visited. Good value. Very family friendly with little kids, but our big-kid family enjoyed just the same.
