Very close to Rochester NH. The cabins are very nice, the pool heated, although the hot tub was closed, the water slide was great. And the grounds were well kept. It did rain quite a bit so we really didn't get the full experience, this time but we will go back.

I have been coming to this campground since I was around 2. This campground has grown in so many ways and my family and I love it. Our family loves the themed weeks and weekends. Our most recent trip was to the halloweekend. We stayed in a Northern cabin. The beds were very comfortable. The only down side was no heat but it wasn’t too bad in that cabin. The kids love doing the mini golf, rock mining, ropes course, and in the summer enjoying the pools and rivers.

We stayed here for their last weekend of the season because it's extremely close and convenient to family. The young man working after hours was amazing! We traveled from Delaware and hit a lot of traffic so we didn't arrive til much after their office hours. He met us within 5-10 mins. We enjoyed trick r treating with our 4 year old and everyone participating was amazing! Loved all the decorations. We decided last minute to rent a golf cart. Kath was fantastic as well as the rest of the staff working the main building. We also enjoyed the play grounds and mini golf! We definitely plan on making this our spot to stay when we're in town visiting family. See you guys in the spring!

Had a wonderful time with some coworkers this past weekend. The manager Steve was very attentive and made sure we had whatever we needed. The people running the shop had great suggestions and even gave us some complimentary playing cards when we had gone in to buy some. The water slide is amazing and yes I did go down several times. The pool was very well maintained and even heated. There wasn't a speck of trash on the property, and they obviously care deeply about keeping it a beautiful space. Please consider spending sometimes here!

We did a work trip for Atlantic Orthopaedics here and had a blast! The campground was so clean, the cabins looked like they were brand new! Everyone we encountered was friendly, from staff to campers. Kristen on the ropes course was SO GOOD, she was patient and helpful with our large group! Greg helped us out with firewood and trash, and checked in on us to be sure we didn’t need anything else. Kathy & Amy in the store were friendly and helpful every time we stopped by, and Steve the Manager was so helpful! We will be back next year!! It’s our new favorite Team Building place!! Thank you KOA Lebanon!!

The place is great would have given it five stars if it were not for the bed inside the RV. We rented the RV. The RV is so cool . But the bed was rock hard and thin. I've slept better in prison. It was literally one of the most torturing things if not the most torture I've ever been through in my life. I could have slept a better outside on the grass on a pile of rocks. Shame on them for not upgrading the bed inside the RV. They are literally out of their minds. Other than that we love the campground

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that’s expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.

Very crowded at the time I was there for. For me I believe it is a great place to socialize and have fun.

This is an edit of my former 4 🌟 review. This place is struggling to come up to speed. They tore down the old barn and check in area. Now when you pull into the campground, quite frankly, you don't know where to go. No obvious signage indicating where to park your rig, no signage to locate registration/ check in. Once we figured this out we found an attentive lady to check us in, very attentive and helpful. They assigned us a campsite; but, informed me that the site was not located on the map they then tried to show me where it should be found? Really I have to hunt for my campsite?! Most KOA's take you to your site. Once we found the site I noticed an embankment, where my R/R corner would be, it was high enough that I would have damaged the motor home. They did find us another site, this site was not a full hook up ( which I paid for), cable did not work, Wi-Fi did not work. They did offer to pump me out once for free, we were here for four days. The low hanging, large branches of the pines, scraped my roof and roof a/c damaging one of the covers. Golf carts driving very fast, campers walking through campsites, campsites littered with trash. We paid a resort fee for amenities we were not able to use. You have to sign up the day before for pool time ( which you can't do if you haven't checked in), putt putt golf course is a nice touch ( how about having someone clean it off with leaf blower once a day), ropes course was fun. I really want this place to be good; but, long distance control does not seem to be baring fruit. KOA really need to be proactive with this ownership group and hold them accountable. I don't know how many more chances we can give KOA SALMON FALLS.
