Fantastic Park with wonderful people! Beautiful amenities including a heated pool, great recreation hall with library, movies and a Billiard Room with 2 professional tables. Centrally located and a short drive to many amenities, including many restaurants, the ‘Circle’ and much more

Clean quiet and nice neighbors. Problems with pool is on going 7 months. Rent went up again. Getting and feeling the inflation. Better year 2023. Great improvements.

Just moved in two weeks ago with my fifth wheel camper going to be permanent for a while love the place it is in pristine shape everybody is friendly neat and in order pool is beautiful the office girl is wonderful my kind of place

We have stayed at ten different places in Florida over the last two months, and this is our absolute favorite. The pool is so nice and clean (as is everything in the park). The people are so incredibly friendly — we met so many fun and interesting people. Laundromat located in the park. Always something fun to do. Restaurants and grocery stores are just a short drive away. Thank you! We look forward to returning.
