We've lived here 3 yrs as snowbirds. Made it permanent this year. Hard to understand all the head games going on here. People are people wherever they are or however old they are. Biggest complaint is my next door neighbor with at least 10 wind chimes. No lie at least 10 and some are quite large...like pipe organ large. No one can or will do a thing about it as the wind blows and the place sounds like a frying pan junk yard...if you can imagine that!?! Can't wait to move out.

I bought a park model in that Park but could not live there because the roads are narrow. Only one car can pass and it's full of big speed bumps. I decided to relocate the unit buecause the managers kept harassing me. Many residents in the park approached me and told me how unhappy they are with the managers. They will not give a bad review because of the repercussions. For example I told him I was not going to be a resident because I bought the unit to move it out. They approached me three times with papers to sign. Within a couple weeks I had it moved out. I was good enough to clean the yard and when I threw some of it in the bin Steven the manager made me, a 74 year-old woman, go into the bin and remove it because he said I was not a resident. That unit was in that Park since 2006 but I could not throw out the debris?

Narrow streets. Close spots. No parking at lots
