This is not a camp grounds and has NO hotel. Families actually own homes around this lake. It is a very nice and quiet community.

This is a great little campground. Wonderful experience ad his rates are very fair. Only downside was, we had to watch for dog poop on our site.

Mrs Lucy and her husband is the G.O.A.T I was treated like family and she came and checked on me a few times since I am a solo traveler. Mrs. Lucy offered to take me to the store and made sure I had enough supplies while I was there. The lake was a gold mine of fish, I caught 2 bass and 3 super large crappie under 20 minutes. The hookups and potable water was just what I needed. Definitely will be back to see FAMILY!!

EV's not allowed got booted for having a Tesla with me. Guy got sketched about plugging into his lot even when I told him I'd use a super charger in Peru. Most of this campground is on a gaint pond that smells like dead fish, mostly from the litter of fish carcas that line the shore. (Also, no swimming. But there is fishing and two "docks" that will send all your finshing tackle straight into the water with how bad in shape its in.) The speed limit is 5 mph even though it isn't posted anywhere on site😒. Water is non potable, so be aware of yalls rigs. The water will slime your lines. There is much more wrong with this campsite, but why waste my breath. This place is a piece..

Great place! Owners were very helpful. We had RV repairs done at Jeff Bright RV and Service center a short distance from the campground. We set up in a site right on the lake and caught some very nice bass right from our site! Reasonably priced and beautiful scenery. Love this little mom and pop campground!
