Leisure Lane RV Resort

My best friend lives here and it is just so nice and pretty there in that park. There's even a pond you can do a little fishing.  Club house, pool, washers, basketball courts, tiny homes, and so much more behind a gated fence. Great place!

Terrie Johnson is the most amazing manager I have ever met in the many RV parks we have been to.  I would return tomorrow if I could.  It’s a beautiful place and Terrie is responsible making sure it is maintained.  It’s a 10 star in my opinion

Great place to live! I lived there for 3 years.  Great neighbors, activities, and good location.  Would definitely live there again!

I love how the RV park is "allowed" to flood the neighboring properties off Wigginsville/ Dewberry rd when they drain their retention pond. Some neighbors can't even mow their back property because it's always full of water.

We have lived here for about a month and Absolutely love it. There have been a few bumps in the road that have aggravated us. But the New Management is a blessing to this park. Everyone here is very friendly and nice, The office staff now are very inviting and excellent customer service make us feel welcome always have a smile and are very attentive to our needs. I look forward to the New look and all the fun planned for our guests now. If your looking for an upscale RV Resort  fun park this is it!!! Your gonna Love it. Come take a tour.

I love living here! It’s safe, beautiful and affordable. The new manager has lots of fun events planned plus all the  neighbors are very nice.

Park is nice was here for about 6 months and will not go back with this management there. Need more staff after opening new area. And need new management. The one the have as there people that can do what every the want and not follow rule and force rule on others. The pool rule adult only after 7pm for get that the dont force that rule. The manager the dont do nothing about it. If it her day off she tell you and want do nothing, not sure who you are suppose to go to when she off and office close. The low one star review one here are correct the good one are fake and in the manager little group.

I have been visiting my friend for about a year on weekends. I love Leisure Lane!  So clean and nice. The swimming pool is lovely and the dog park is so big!  Giving my dog Charlie ample room to play. We enjoy our walks around the parks so clean and beautiful. The manager has been so friendly from the1st time I met her she has remembered my name and has chatted with me nearly every time I came the staff there are very friendly too. If I didnt have to work and stay in my home town which 40 miles away. I would pick Leisure Lane as the place to live!

Leisure Lane RV Resort, Conroe Texas.  You’re going to like this place.

A beautiful modern RV Resort geared towards the long term visitor and/or resident.  Overnighters are also welcome but the daily rate may put some off.  That being said it is a gated and secure park and all are indeed welcome.  It has a great country feel as it is away from the city, but near enough to connect to.  We stayed here a year in our transition into full time RV living as we awaited our final retirement from the workforce.  It is also most likely our annual winter haven.

The people here are warm welcoming folk and the staff reflects the same.  All are eager to assist and lend a hand when and where needed.
Level, big rig friendly, concrete pads with full hook ups and plenty of space between makes this an easy place to find an accommodating spot.  A coaxial connection brings HD cable into the RV while HD OTA reception is also good.  For the satellite minded great exposure to the skies throughout the park.

Connectivity
Park WiFi is sufficient for general browsing and email but do not count on being able to stream anything.  That being said both AT&T and Verizon offered sufficient signal strength for streaming, with Verizon being the better option.  For those that have the Verizon Unlimited MiFi plan (no longer available) you can count on 24/7 non congested access, in short, stream to your hearts content.

Amenities
The facilities are kept at a very high standard of cleanliness.  The bath house offers showers with great strength and water temp.  The laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers at $1.75 each.  Change available at the onsite store which carried some RV basics.  Grocery shopping is available in a short 15-20 minute drive to several shopping options. X Factor
Bottom line is it is very comfortable, very accommodating and plenty to keep you interested right in the park itself.  And just a short drive away is Houston with all it has to offer.  Want to keep it natural?  Plenty of lakes, parks and adventure are also within a short drive making this a perfect location to satellite off of and visit the area – then retreat to a country calm when done.
