We stayed in the rv section of the park. The park was well kept and organized. Check in was easy since we had made our reservations online in advance. While the office was closed for the weekend when we arrived we were able to get checked in by calling the emergency number. Location of the facility was convenient to many things in the area. We'll gladly stay there again when in the area. Rates were acceptable for our stay there.

Been coming to the park for a few years and the staff are great. I do, however, have an issue with them charging for water & electricity during the months we’re not there. We pay year round for our lot in order to keep our site, but don’t feel we should have to pay for services we’re not using the months we’re not there. I’ve tried to contact Encore via phone and email to see if this is just a Leisure World rule or an Encore rule but nobody seems to want to get back to me. Can someone please let me know?

This is our new winter home. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Other parks in the valley can get a little cliquish. Not to big, feels more like a neighborhood. The manager. Amanda and office manager Priscilla are very friendly and helpful always with big smiles. Mary Beth and Robbie are greet cooks and always serve great meals.
