Very very friendly staff and residents nice facilities. We came in as a rental for a night and not sure what to expect. Pros- if we were at the point in our lives where we were going to buy in and make this is a summer residence this would be a wonderful place. Cons - if you are an RVer looking for a site, this may not meet your needs. The site "pad" was very level but no campfire allowed (you can go to the big rings by the office and do a group fire). Still over all no regrets for a one nighter.

Love the place. You won't find any better for the price you pay LoLow assoc fees covers all but electric. I have really pretty lot. 66 for sale, has just remodeled a 31ft camper w 2 slide outs in beach theme, large deck and updated shed.

Very clean & nice. We went last minute & they were the only vacancy. This is a more full time small park model resort. They have a nice pool & u can go across the street 2 the lake. No fires allowed- make sure u have everything u need- NO store- pop or water or ice!!

Lots to do. Join us lot 42 for sale must go price. 14900 or best. Or rent it 1000 per month for July august or whenever. Lot 106 for sale 16900. Also have new small winnebago, automatic awning, auto lift, slide out, big bath,big shower,queen bed,beautiful, 16000
