Without a doubt, the best park on our 10 day RV journey. Pleasant surprise. Top notch gym equipment, indoor heated pool, sauna. Highly recommended.

Unique coffee blends. This is not Starbucks. But if u feel like not venturing out of your comfort zone then u can get your regular frappe, espresso shots, Americana, most all the popular Starbucks drinks. They have an ultra convenient drive through if your on your way to work or in a hurry. I sometimes get regular drinks I know ill love but occasionally will jump out of my comfort zone to try one of their signature desert brew drinks. They aren't limited to coffee and can make drinks outside of the box or regular orange juice for the kids. Did I mention they make bagels? Yum.

The only RV Park in town with all the amenities I could ever ask for. A well maintained indoor pool with a competent and dependable pool tech doing the maintenance regularly, a gym, and a gated dog park. Oh and the 24/7 surveillance to keep the location safe and secure. And it’s only a 30 minute bike ride to the Chiricahua National Monument

I stopped here to ask for a night when their hours were just opening as I needed winter to park the trailer for a few nights & to get help at the local ER. I was passing by and didn’t have anywhere else to go. The lady who helped me was a godsend. She offered me a couple options to help me out- one of which included a space that would be safe for the trailer to be placed temporarily for the sake of being able to go to ER. I ended up renting a space because I knew I’d need a few days to recover if I was discharged. She got me a spot & told me I didn’t need to worry about checking out by a certain date that I could stay as long as I needed and we’d figure it out later. She helped me reverse into the designated spot as it was quite tight and I wasn’t feeling too hot. The following day she checked in to make sure I was okay. The staff alone made this experience a ten on ten because I absolutely felt comforted and needed the kindness of strangers & help at the time. Now for the park itself. They offer discounts to HCPs and first responders, military etc. there is a pool on site and a pretty impressive gym, I just never utilized so I can’t properly review. The spaces are very tight together, even the pull throughs. Lots of big rigs makes it harder to maneuver. The residents are friendly though and two offered to move their vehicles to make space for my arrival and departure (it didn’t end up being required). Each site has a sewer, water and electric hook up. I couldn’t unscrew the sewer lid so I didn’t get to use it. I was only there two nights so it wasn’t a big deal. The building itself houses some cool stuff. I used the laundry- coin operated with a coin machine. Regular machines that take around 45 mins per cycle. it’s affordable from what I recall. The shower and bathroom for ladies is super nice for a campground. Nice clean shower with great decoration. Great water pressure and temp. I loved the coffee shop on the property that had double drive through but I opted to walk in. It’s close to everything as the town is very small. Not a gated community but it felt safe. It does seem to be a bit dated. Not paved, a bit difficult to level but I wasn’t going to buy blocks for two nights. Otherwise it was a great experience for me in the pinch I was in. It did the trick and the price was more affordable in my opinion than full hook up rv resorts. So I’d say it was worth it. There’s also a little shop with conveniences, gift ideas & things you might need for your RV purposes. Be mindful of the curb- it’s quite steep of a drop off if you’re bringing the trailer in or out. Also even though it’s off the highway- it’s quiet and I slept great.

To start with it’s a ok spot nothing fancy yes they have a pool and gym and bathrooms are. Clean. Downside of it spots are literally almost touching each other’s. WiFi sucks people literally park in the middle of the road so good luck getting in. Lots of old run down campers. Nothing fancy

A, for effort. F, for execution. Happy to have a safe place to sleep while passing through. Did not appreciate the lack of customer service. Also, the driveway is steep and ripped our tow bar up. There are ants, everywhere. Don't even try to eat outside. The owner is not very friendly and lacks common human etiquette. Too concerned about her rules than appreciative of paying customers. The pool area is pretty, but the walls and floor were slimy and water was cloudy. With a little kindness, and a little effort, this place could be 10 stars. Did appreciate there was no road noise, no trains, and the pull-through was easy to navigate.

Great mountain views and they have more amenities than any other rv park iv ever been in. The owner George is super accommodating and just a nice guy. His clerk Ada was just as nice and soo helpful . The dog run area is a plus for my fur baby, he loves it. The gym is amazing the shower rooms are clean the coffee/ sandwich shop are all great, and the store /gift shop...very convenient.

I'm an over the road hotshot driver, I was looking for a gym and a shower. Lifestyle RV resort had a pretty sweet little gym, 10$ gets you a three hour pass and use of the gym, shower facility, and hot tub. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice. This will be a pitstop for me again in the future.

We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The Wi-Fi was not very good but all other amenities were great! Clean and functioning laundry room, pool, workout area and showers/bathrooms. Folks at the front desk were professional and kind. Would stay again.

The park is geared to full time residents. Our site #49, had water on the site as well as out into the roadway because the site across from us had had something run into and damage the services. In other words, our site was flooded. The site wasn’t really long enough for us to park our 45’ rig and tow vehicle. We did unhook the tow and parked it across from us in the site with the damaged services. Staff is nice. Large store that seemed to be well stocked. We did not use the pool, laundry, or other services.
