I love this community!! Diana Sanders and her husband are excellent managers! Diana went out of her way to make sure our lease was signed on time. I cannot thank her enough! She is very friendly and easygoing; she made my husband and I feel welcome when we moved in. She also gave us some tips on how to maintain our mobile home as this is our first time living in one, so we really appreciate it! Overall made the process of moving in very easy for us. :)

I love living here at Lily of the Valley! Been here for over 2 years and I'm so glad I chose this park to make my home. The park is secluded up the canyon between some beautiful mountains, surrounded by big beautiful trees and it's very quiet here, very much like living out in the country. You can even hear the owls in the trees at night from inside the house! Not to mention experiencing some amazing sunsets behind the park in the open field (posted picture). I really can't say enough about Diana, the manager of the park. From starting the process of moving in until current, she has always been very helpful and super responsive to my emails/calls if I have a question or request. Diana is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She truly takes pride in the park and ensures that the homeowners are keeping their homes clean and yards in order so the park looks it's very best. She also organizes social events in the park so everyone can get to know their neighbors which I think is great. We're a tight little community here! One of my neighbors, a homeowner here in the park unfortunately had an issue during a rain storm last year and Diana was there immediately to help assist him anyway she could, which really shows how important her neighbors are to her, she's not just acting as the park manager, she really cares about the people. Yes, this is a beautiful and quiet park, but if the management (i.e. Diana & Bob) hadn't been so helpful and friendly when I first inquired about purchasing my home in the park, I probably would have reconsidered buying here, but that wasn't the case for me at all. The process was seamless which made everything so much easier for me and I'm very thankful everyday that I can call Lily of the Valley my home and I couldn't have done it without Diana.

We have lived here for 4 years now. It is a very quiet place. When we need assistance, the administration has responded efficiently. Like at any other place, there is always room for improvement in certain areas but we are very happy living here at Lily of the Valley and raising our kids here.

Have lived here for decades, it’s a beautiful park where you can enjoy the peacefulness of being a little bit outside of town. I’d never think living in a mobile home park would be peaceful, but I wake up every morning to the gentle sounds of birds chirping. Friendly neighborhood and helpful management make this a great place to live.

Ignore the bad reviews! They are undoubtedly from prior residents who broke the rules that keep this community so great! I’ve been here for 24 years and seen a few different managers. Love the current ones! They’ve brought this park up into the great park it is today! There are continual upgrades! Sure the rent goes up a little each year but that’s with any park. I love the bulky item pick up and that cable, trash and sewer are included in the rent! Plus they have $20 high speed internet! Stuff like that saves me money! Nice clubhouse, pool and playground. And I especially like that there is decent ethnic diversity among the residents. I feel at home here. This is a clean, safe and quiet park. ☺️ Great place to raise a family!

I have lived her for about 15 yrs & I decided to pull the community up online just out of curiosity. I see good comments & bad comments. The bad comments come from people that don't like to follow the rules. Before purchasing a home we had to sign rules, agreeing to follow them. It seems like once someone gets in, they don't want to follow the rules & start complaining that its a bad place to live. If you don't follow the rules you may get a notice. I had a bent awning post & I got a notice. All I had to do was talk to management let them know I needed another paycheck before I could replace the post. They were ok with that once I put it in writing with a day of completion, and I had to make sure the awning was safe and would not blow off. The park does have a parking problem because people are bringing in other people, not registering them & taking up all the guests parking. Management has changed a few times since I've been here. I think the Managers that we now have are some of the best, they seem to actually care about us residents and are fair with all of us. I have called around & checked out the cost of Lily vs. other mobilehome parks and I feel this is where I get the most for my money.
