We pulled in at 4:00 pm and the office was already closed. We pulled into our extremely small site. The sewer, placed right were we needed to park, made it hard to park. The sewer cap was off and stunk like crazy. We had a million flies. I killed a hundred flies that night and we still had their flies for thousands of miles. We needed propane but there was never anyone there. We called and got no answer. It seems like they don't want your business. THE worst service ever. We will not be back.

I spent the night at this campground during my cross-country drive. I had three small dogs with me and I was towing a trailer so for several reasons, staying at a conventional hotel was not going to work for me. KOA campgrounds provided the solution with inexpensive, basic cabin housing all along my route I arrived after the office closed so I picked-up my info packet at the office window, found my cabin, and parked. The cabin was perfect for me and my dogs. The campground was quiet and well kept The washroom was clean and just a little time-worn but otherwise more than fine If I was traveling I-70 again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Needed a convenient place to stay for one night, and this was a great spot. The park is showing it's age and it definitely needs some maintenance, but the sights were level long enough for a motorhome towing a Jeep. Huge dog park. Service was excellent. Very clean pool and a playground. Didn't use the restrooms. Would stay here again.

GROSS BATHROOMS!!!! We rented a cabin at this KOA while we were in Limon for a baseball tournament. The cabin itself was nice and the perfect set up for what we needed. The bathrooms however we're absolutely disgusting! They smelled of bad mold. The showers looked like they hadn't been cleaned in in months. The toilet paper rolls were also too big for the holder and you could hardly get any toilet paper out. I started visiting the toilets with my own toilet paper because of how difficult it was to try to use the paper in the bathroom. I tried to use the facilities as little as possible because of how disgusting they were. Attached is a picture of the moldy shower

Limon KOA Journey was absolutely amazing! This place is great, swimming pool, dog park which was the biggest and best I’ve ever seen, the showers were very clean, very safe as well. This place felt like home away from home. Staff were amazing and very accommodating, even delivered our hot fresh pizza to our camper.
