The manager is very rude and snobby. Its honestly a great price and a good location, id give it 5 stars if it wasn't a lazy slumlord running it. Its been over a few months and I know several different individuals staying there who don't have heat or water... ridiculous! (while we are in constant snow storms this week as well. Ha!)

It a Napa it's okay. Little unorganized but they know where everything is price is a little high compared to Napa's in Denver and Colorado Springs

It's the cheapest place in town. The manager is friendly and is always doing whatever she can to help her tenants. I would recommend this Park to anyone. Really nice town, and the people are so kind.

I love it but I live here so I'm very biased the park manager Tammie is my closest friend so there again I can't give a review that counts however that being said we have had a small percentage and I mean small percentage like 1 or 2 people have made mistakes and thats the cut and dried of it they are gone or process is going on at the minute to rid the park of trouble makers thank you MANAGEMENT for doing whats best for all residents and cleaning up the park. P.S. mgmt. Must be doing something right the Park is full with no end of that in sight.

The owner of this place is one of the kindest, friendliest, and most hospitable persons I've met. He behaves with generosity toward perfect strangers. Rare in today's world where everyone is either too afraid or too greedy to share. He helped us out with a terrific accommodation for the night while we were passing through CO. He exemplifies what a true host is.
