Beautiful park with trees everywhere. I nice hub with some flowy trails for bikes. 8 mile-ish xc bike trail with some mild climbs. Scenic areas for photo taking. Beach front by the lake. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful park with awesome bike trails including new downhill flow trails. Great campsites. Tent sites even have water and electricity at every site. Good bathroom / shower house close by. Great place to spend the day or the weekend.

Wonderful place to camp. Bathrooms, shower, electricity and water! Clean bathrooms too. Plenty of trails to wander through. Paved and unsaved. Bike trails too! Ducks to feed. Kayaks to play on and im sure something we missed.

Peaceful, clean and comfortable jewel of a campground. Easy access off interstate but secluded with lots of trees surrounding a beautiful lake with large sites. While the bulkhead sites are nice, the other sites are filled with shade.

This is actually a local park for us only 40mins away but had never been to the campground area and only to the park area for weekend birthdays on and off over the years. Got a new camper and decided to take it for its first outing here for about 5days. Campgrounds are very nice, with all camper sites having electric, sewer and concrete pads. The bathhouse in campground could use improvement, was extremely hot and suffocating. Even though all camper sites have sewer we do not take baths in our small camper. Most sites are very shady, though not much escaping the midday hot Louisiana sun for the ones by the water for a few hours but 🤷♂️. Extremely nice trails thought most of all the trails through the woods are manly only for bikers but the kids enjoy walking them even in 100° 🫠heat index. Speaking of over 100° heat index we were very disappointed (with 2 small kids and a baby) to find out that the park DOSE NOT open its little beach area but 2 days a week, this being Saturday & Sunday. 🗣NOT even for campers! PLUS it only opens at NOON (the heat of the day). This was an extrem let down being we did not know this and was a reason for picking the park for the kids during the week. I'm afraid i can not recommend the campground area during the summer for for families with kids, be more of a fall/winter for kids. Because of this I can not give it a 5 start Rating.

Great park, beautiful scenery, AWESOME MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS!!!!!!! Some of the best there is to be found! Lots of time and resources have gone into the creation and upgrading of the trails with more to come! Everything from beginners and kids trails to advanced downhill, and tandem slalom. Occasional racing events held here. Spectator platforms that the trails go through/under. Huge starting hub with 6 starting ramps to the advanced downhill trails. They even have benches out on the longer, cross country trails to sit and rest with water spigots next to them, plus a wash rack for your bike when you are done hitting the trails! They recently added a workstation for bicycles, with bare necessity tools and an air pump for bicycle tires so your bike is in tip top shape before hitting the trails! Also has a very nice campground with RV sites with full hookups, including sewer. Dog friendly, please be a responsible owner and pick up after your dog. WiFi available, tent camping sites with water and electricity also available. Great location for photo shoots, and photography in general. Lots of birthday parties and wedding receptions. Nature trails with tree identification. Beautiful lake with a paved walking path around it. Walking trails in the woods too. Large playground for the kids. Big picnic area with lots of picnic tables and bbq grills. Multiple pavilions for use with small or large groups, with a prior reservation of course. One is even air conditioned! Multiple fishing piers. Nicely paved roads. An archery range, and a beach too. Ice and firewood is available for purchase at the gate, as well as bicycle helmets (everyone is required to wear a helmet when riding in the park). Outstanding staff that are all extremely friendly and courteous. There are several resident deer, and ducks. Lots of birds to watch. Park also has security personnel on site. Very quiet and peaceful. Recently voted a Top Rated campground by rvlife.com for consistently providing 4-star services for RVer's. This place is a true hidden gem. Salute to James, the manager, and visionary for the mountain biking amenities!

This is a really beautiful campground! Even in January. The RV spots on the lake edge are like balcony sites. They are elevated and fences giving a very dramatic yet peaceful feel. The tent sites are in deep woods and rustic. Although the restroom building is dated, it is clean and was comfortingly warm on a cold 27 degree morning. RV site are kept clear of leaves and woodland debris. There is a beach, biking trails and obstacles course, hiking trails.

Lincoln Parish Park is one of my absolute favorite places. Filled with natural beauty, it has many places to retreat to and relax. The 1.25 mile paved walking trail around the lake is very popular and you will want to walk it again and again. Some amazing views! We stayed in the RV camping area in site 16. I have zero complaints. It has full hook ups and was relatively level. We had a very quiet and peaceful stay. Most of the camper sites appear top notch and desirable. These are public areas for day use. A nice peninsula that you can drive to and park at a picnic table on the water. There is even a hammock station here if you desire. There is a beach area that was closed for the season. Fishing is allowed all around the lake. A large playground to bring entertainment for the younger kids. Then there are many miles of amazing bike trails. They have a beginner trail and a more advanced trails. There is a really cool man-made hill with several ramps down it leading into some trails. It was too wet to access the trails after an inch of rain fell. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was our second visit and we will certainly be back.

A little on the pricey side, but fantastic RV park! We have stayed in a bunch of RV Resorts/Parks, Lincoln Parish is one of the best kept and groomed RV parks out there. Beautiful views, clean sites, good water pressure, nice roads, and very clean surroundings. Well done, Lincoln Perish Park.
