Nice lake. Spacious, so even if it were a crowded day, plenty of room to get some solitude if that's what you're looking for. Road is a bit bumpy and several big pot holes on the way in. So go slow and beware of that.

Today was awesome. Great lake to paddle. It's just big enough to give us good space to paddle around. The scenery is one of the most beautiful of the many lakes. Parking is good. Popular for fishing and camping too. The one drawback is there isn't any shoreline to post up other than at the launch ramp which is just gravel. I hope to camp there one day. Not crowded, very peaceful.

Campground was great except for the mosquitoes!!! They were terrible!! But the lake is beautiful!Restroom was clean and the camp host was very friendly and accommodating.

One of the best and prettiest campsites in Oregon. A gorgeous little lake, with clean pit toilets and friendly camp hosts. Close to Bend and close to Lava lake resort of you need anything. There is water here most times, if there isn't an algae bloom, bring water or a water filter just in case.
