we are just passing through and showed up at like 9:30pm and realized we didn't have any cash. jeff pointed us to a campground down the road that takes credit. then as we were in our car about to leave he walked back up and said, "i've traveled enough at night, i know how it is, follow me, i'll show you your site." the campground is excellent and the bathrooms and showers are super clean, but you can't beat the kind of humanity jeff showed us tonight. thanks jeff and lone pine campground, you are good humans! ps. thankfully, we found us dollars we had afterward in the car, so we got to pay him back for his kindness!
