I've been here for a few months. I love it. It's reasonable. And the park has been completely redone, in my opinion. My sister lived here before and it was bad. But now they have kids park, dog park, and paved roads. It's really quiet, too. (At least on my end) management is good too. Idk if They are on property, but I know of an office and maintenance. He is great at responding in a timely manner(even on weekends or evenings). Thanks Lonestar 😊

Great place to live. Owners and management are very helpful. Lots of kids so a great place for families. Check it out and find a beautiful place to live!

3 yrs ago it was run down and under poor management, then these new guys took it over and since than it has turned around and taking on a new look. They have done alot of good things I would say it is a 1000 times better. Way to go guys. Keep up the great work on your trailer park.

This park is the best place to live. Convenience to the city without having to be in the city. Nice people and very well maintained.

Been trying to get a hold of someone for over a week about moving in. Not once was I ever called back or contacted. Worst costumer service I've had.

Management is not on site , however they are responsive when contacted. Contacting is mostly by text! We do not know where they are located and they do not provide info on how to physically see office. This said they have repaired water leaked on underground line, installed proper electrical outlet fir our RV & inform us community information. They do there best to keep down aggravating tenets noise, dog barking & messy yards. A few more speed bumps would be welcoming. Overall it is peaceful.

I had the oppurtunity to work with Lone Star Community for about a year now, and it was great to see how quickly they have made this place into a very affordable and high quality community to live in!

DSAM Office

Lone Star Mobile Home/RV is a pretty neat place. I highly recommend it! They are currently doing many upgrades and its looking great! The place is well managed, clean, and very nice people out there. I give it 2 thumbs up! Sean Daley
