I have lived at RV88 for going on five years and find the park manager Jeff, and his wife Tina, to be two of the nicest people I’ve ever been blessed to know. Jeff is always on top of things if the are any problems and will assist you if you have anything you need help with and is ALWAYS VERY KIND and FRIENDLY!!! I’m elderly and live by myself and have disabilities and always feel safe and secure with Jeff always being around. He has come to my rescue more then once and know if I call him he’s always there looking out for me. He provides laundry facilities free for his tenants ( which he doesn’t have to do but he does!!!) and also shower facilities again free for his tenants which I might add several of the tenants have no respect or appreciation for the property and and destroyed it more then once!!! Jeff just fixes their vandulism and goes on to be the highly recommended super amazing park manager that he is!!! I highly recommend this park to “good people” that want a nice reasonable place to park their RV . My only complaint has been against the “low lifes” that do filter into the park and try to creat havoc but after they cause enough disruption Jeff will kindly ask them to leave and does his very best to make RV88 a wonderful safe happy place to reside! In my opinion Jeff and his wife are 10stats and the park on a 1-5 star review I’d rate the park a 5 star!!!

The owner is a lier and no goo cheat 😡 If you value your property and your vehicle this place is not the place for you. I have not only pressed charges again this hateful man but I have made a number of police report all In one day because we will be sueing this place and we will be justice for what you have done to this family and our property. I hope you enjoy jail Too respond to the owner of the park I have proof I paid rent I have proof you damaged our bike I have proof how we parked it and I have proof that the cops didn't make me leave YOU were harassing my family and touching and trying to damage my property the cops told you if you did not leave us alone and tried to "hook up to our trailer and drag it out of there" as you said you would be in jail. You hide from the police for two days and lied to them and refused to even answer your phone but had time to harass us.

Trashy and nasty. Uneven dirt sites, had to dig with shovel to get to water and sewer, barking dogs on both sides and people on left chopping wood at midnight for their fire. No toilet paper in bathroom. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

One of the most trashy place around the ppl staying there. Fighting with each other saw a fight between two Neighbors The traffic was flying in and out there people flying in and out don’t care about kids .they was drinking all night being loud trying to get kids a sleep was hard with them .it’s clutter there only thing that was nice wos manager he did a good job taking care of us . But we won’t ever be staying there again

Only good thing about this place was the owner. He did go out of his way to clean up where we were parked for the month we stayed there. For me there was trash everywhere, goathead city & people next to us playing loud music all night even after the owner went over a few times
