Can you please tell your residents to slow down on Grant? They speed past the neighborhood to the south of you. The speed limit is 30 mph and really should be 20-25 mph, but most of the speeders are from this trailer park and think its 40 mph area. PLEASE SLOW DOWN!!!!!

Management is rude and unprofessional. They have snowplows and the streets are always covered in snow. They technically only plow from the entrance to their office. Not fair with all residents. “Won’t allow” fences yet more and more have them up.
