Loveland RV Resort

My family and I stayed here for a couple of weeks and have no complaints. All of the ladies in the office are helpful, kind and attentive. There is an older gentleman that works there, he is very kind and always lets my kids pet his dog (Precious). All of the other residents there are super friendly and it was very clean. We lived right across from the park which was convenient with our kiddos. It’s in a GREAT location! Minutes from the freeway, 5 mins from Scheels, and less than 5 mins from a bunch of shopping/eating (you could walk if you wanted to). Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

RV PARK with mature trees and lots of pull thur spots. Nice staff. Escorts into spots. Propane on site. Walking distance to lots of shopping and places to eat. 5 min walk to half dozen places to eat. Great bike trails around Loveland. 21 mile loop around the town

Top notch park in the North Metro area for Denver. Staff super friendly all with a “can do” attitude. They pick up your trash in the morning and also deliver propane. Great location close to I-25 and lots of shopping. We’ll be back!

The location is great. However, the sites are so close together that it is only good for a quick layover or if all you are going to do is sleep there. They only have one restroom area for way to many rv sites. They aren’t cleaned nearly enough

Buy area, full hook ups, very pricey. The pool was nice and bathrooms seemed clean. Very noisy area off the interstate and shopping. Stayed there for taking care of some business and last minute. Horrible sap from the cottonwood trees and if you have tree allergies it was brutal. I had to wash my car everyday to keep up with the sap. We had to wash down the RV stairs before leaving. Had to run the truck and RV thru a truck wash after staying there. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Loveland RV Resort has the most incredible staff, from the Lovely ladies in the front office to the grounds crew and house keeping! Kenny is so helpful and kind when I first came to stay this winter, he assisted me in hooking up my electrict plug and I learned something new from him ! Angie in house keeping is the absolutely the best ! I love how clean the bath house facilities are kept daily, and she is so friendly and helpful as well. I enjoy visiting with the front office staff who are so friendly and kind ! Thank you Loveland Resort Staff

We love Loveland RV Resort! We've been full-time RVng since June 2022, traveling all across the country, but are now stationary at the park in Loveland. The office staff and grounds team are so friendly and helpful. They are super attentive to all of the RV owners and are very welcoming. Lots of places to walk your dogs, including a dog park in the middle of the park. Super convenient to major businesses and I25 is just a mile down the road.

It was hard to locate the numbers on the RVS, I had to drive around the entire park a few times to find the number I was looking for. I will say they have more than one entrance so that made it handy getting in and out. It wasn’t very busy and there were many lots available for folks. Very clean peaceful environment it seemed overall

We were visiting kids for Thanksgiving. Weather turned cold and we needed power to keep the RV from freezing. We were able to check in here for three days. They have amenities, playground, showered, bathrooms, dog park ( altho small), laundry and activities. Not much going on while we were there over the holiday and the office was closed on Thanksgiving, and the power went out, I called the after hours line but the mailbox was full. They did give a military discount. But all in all I still thought it was pricey for of season, $65+. I'm sure it is nice in the summer but not sure if the prices increase then.

Been going off and on since 1996. Now I see you get charged 5 dollars per night if you have 3 dogs. Why? we own small lap dogs that stay close to us, friendly and loveable. For that charge, does the owner walk your third dog or feed it? They do not use electric or your sewer/water. For that we will go up the road. Sad policy. The park is great and maintained, but seems my family is just to make profit. You must be flexible with your policy for people on fixed incomes.

This is one of the worst campgrounds I have lived in. I was a full timer for just over 2 years. The only reason I have it 2 stars as opposed to none is that it has a nice open space for pets, which consequently they tried to get rid of until they discovered the city would fine them considerably for changing the fingerprint. Very expensive, the penny and some you. Jim and Densise the managers are two of the most unhappy, miserable and egotstically rude people I have ever met. They are so miserable and have clearly been that way for so long that they are completely unaware of exactly how miserable the are. They take pleasure in making up arbitrary rules. Jim and Denise are both sexist people. Jim had plenty of things to say to me as solo single female rver. They have one set of rules written down and more you could never know about because they don't bother to put them in writing. They have one set of rules for some, and other rules for other folks. They got rid of the handicap parking but hey, made sure they put an extra managers parking literally about 10 feet from the the managers t.v. space and office. It's an Ada violation to have no handicap parking. The owners who are attorneys are closely guarded secret. Because jim and Denise are so terrible the owners dont want to hear about it. They also broke my window mowing the lawn. It's a good thing I audio recorded Jim regarding the incident or I would never have gotten it paid for. Beware! These people are snakey, and will never take responsibility unless you make them. I suggest using the recorder on your cell phone in any conversations you have with them. This saved me! Gestapo type management, expensive, nickel and dining, clique. But hey if you long for high school immaturity, drama and dysfunction that saddens your soul then this is your place. I moved, thank God.

First off, RV park, yes, resort, no. This RV park is ok. It’s clean, really nice staff, has a pool, clubhouse, mini-golf, horseshoes, volleyball court and maybe a few other amenities but it’s an older park, with lots of shade and lot’s of cottonwood “cotton” in the spring. The spaces are all gravel with some cement walkways. If you put your trash bags out front of your RV, they’ll pick it up. There isn’t a dog park but an area in the central “park” area and they provide poop bags and a trash receptacle. It’s quiet and pretty well packed so make reservations early. They do have nice events like “Potluck Tuesday”. They are dog friendly except for certain breeds and aggressive dogs. Dog rules are about the same as everywhere else. We enjoyed our stay and will probably return as we have friends in the area.
