It is no longer Low Hi. The park is under new management as of April 2025. Any reviews prior are outdated and reminiscent of the "good 'ol days". Do your research!. ( prices have gone way up) PRO's:.... 1. Probably good for overnight / big rigs who want a pull through. 2.) Long term residents, ( if they are still there) are really super nice people. CON's: 1.)Currently parts are under construction, so expect lots of dust. 2.) Extreme noise and dust in boondocking area ( if it still exists) 3.)The decorated walking path is gone.

Love this place, and there are plenty of fun activities. It’s open to any kind of rig and, full hookups with huge sites and wide roads. Electric and water only sites are available as well. The showers are extremely clean, and a handicapped accessible shower is available. The laundry room is just perfect, and a pool table/television room is next to laundry.

Nice, quiet park with wide, level spots and roads. Very affordable. Staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

The best passport America rv site we stayed at. Very clean no trash. All folks long term or not were very friendly. Puzzle room bunk house weekly activities. Has the handicap bathroom with full hook ups they save this spot for the disabled. Off the road a few miles so you don’t hear cars at night. If coffee isn’t made in bunk house you can make it yourself just bring your cup and leave a donation 3 buck donation to wash a load of clothes. It is a loners group (loners on wheels) park but very welcoming to a couple. Has small and large dog park. But all dogs are on leash friendly and as long as you pick up after your dog they are great. Has a free table so you can pick if you want something or leave something on table. Hard packed gravel . Will for sure stay here again nothing for kids. So I would say it is a 55 plus park. Felt very safe here.

Nice quiet RV park. Nice walking trails and dog friendly. The office staff is super nice. In my opinion the bathrooms could use up dating. I personally do not care for a unisex facility. People tend to be messy and it's no fun to have only two choices of bathrooms/showers.

If the pictures don't look great to you just remember this is in the middle of a desert. It is actually a very nice place to stay. The management and residents go out of their way to make this a pleasant place to be. Probably the most friendly place we have ever stayed. There are activities planned for guests every day of the week. All of the long term residents are people who stopped for a few days and never left. One of the highlights was that they take a group to Paloma Mexico every Tuesday for lunch. I highly recommend this park and hope to visit again.

The big advantage of Deming, NM is that it’s on the way, and an easy on & off I-10. Low-Hi RV Ranch is a wonderful oasis campground, out in the desert, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Nice, big gravel spaces with plenty of room. Great rates. Very nice people. Landscaping in the desert! They have a walking trail, a Cactus Garden, a rock & found treasures labyrinth, trees and whimsical decor throughout the park. Amenities and activities, which we didn’t have time to attend. The only challenge for us was terrible internet/cellular reception for work (AT&T, TMobile, Verizon), especially during dust storms. (The campground does offer free WiFi.) That was our only challenge. Other than that, a perfect week!

Absolutely lovely place and nice to Boondock as well ! I did my laundry for 1,50 late at night and found some great free stuff and left a bunch of clothes for other people to take! Very nicely designed Campground with art, trees , recording hall and a community space.

Great campground. Friendly people. Will definitely stay there again. With Passport America discount, can’t beat the price.

Friendly staff at this very well kept park. Spacious sites, full hookups, dog park and beautiful view. It's 4 miles out of town but so worth it, even for one night. We will stay again when we can add a few days to see sites!
