Very nice park. Restrooms very clean. However, if you are a light sleeper it is across the interstate from the airport.

We stayed overnight on our way home. Level, very large concrete pad. Park was quiet, spacious & clean. We did not utilize any services so we can’t speak to other buildings. We arrived late but staff communicated with us & had check in info available for us when we arrived. Two issues we had, one major, one minor. WiFi was extremely weak where we were at the back of the park - minor inconvenience since we were only there overnight. Major inconvenience- LOTS of stickers, EVERYWHERE. And since we have 3 puppies, this was a huge issue. There were even stickers in the dog park. Our dogs could not step into any of the grassy area without getting multiple stickers in every single paw. Unfortunately if you have fur babies, we would highly discourage the use of this park. Otherwise, it was a great overnight stop & we would recommend to anyone who doesn’t have pets.

We stayed overnight in August 2025. The sites were clean and in great shape. Hookups were also good. Many sites had mature trees. The staff was friendly and communicated well with us on the drive to the park. WiFI was weak on the west end, but all else was great.

Stayed May 16–19, 2025 | 43' Fifth Wheel | Pull-Thru (surprise upgrade!), Full Hookups, 50 Amp We booked a back-in site but were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves assigned to a pull-thru (Site 100) upon arrival — a win for sure! We arrived after hours, but the check-in process still felt warm and welcoming. There was a personalized envelope waiting for us with cute stickers and a cheerful message that added a personal touch even without meeting the staff. Our concrete site was level and easy to navigate, and the entire park was extremely clean and well-kept. We used the laundry room, which was spacious and spotless — it looked practically brand new. The dog park was fantastic, too: a large, fenced-in area with tunnels and play equipment that our dog loved. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We didn’t use the Wi-Fi or interact with staff directly, but everything about the experience was smooth, pleasant, and clearly run with care. We’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a tidy, low-key stop in Lubbock.

Nice, neat park. Customer service was great…..noticed a leak we were having in the RV and called us while we were out. We don’t have a dog, but they had a nice, fenced in dog park. Pool is very small, but they have one. RV pad was very nice as well as the hookups. It is located not too far from Texas Tech so there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Not much scenery, but maybe that’s why the sunset was so nice. We did see prairie dogs in the field 🙂
