The owner of this place is A1, u noticed over the phone and especially when u meet. Him. Very caring family, very responsive through calls or text. Can't ask for much more than what this owner offers to his tennants. lots are upkept immaculately. Will definitely continue to do business here when I'm in the area.

4/22/24, This place is Great. Nestled in a Beautiful setting in Texas pasture land. The gentleman, the owner of the place is So Very Nice… it’s tidy, grass freshly mowed & very reasonable rates. There are 6 RV spaces, only one full time. I will put this one on my, hope to stop again list. 🚎🤗

Stayed here a couple months in 2021 to 22 , beware of this man pretending to be godly and imposing his , , rabeliefs , raised rent on guise that property taxes raised, , beware of him and woman offering u any food as if he's kind, it's actually food he and relatives don't want, , I dumped it every time , Also telling folks he was once a mayor, and so called judge, , folks just be aware you have been warned, Collin former guest ..

The man that answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. This campsite is for long term residents only. So if you don't plan on staying long this isn't the campsite for you. If you do plan to stay long term He doesn't allow pets. He charges $600 a month plus the electric bill.

Extremely nice owner Mr. Lonnie, small place 6 spaces mostly full time occupants BUT we were blessed when calling last minute for a spot. Just needed one night, Mr. Lonnie was a delight to meet and so very helpful. Truly blessed by his graciousness.
