Amazing experience. very serene. if you want to have one on one time, this is the place. We camped one night. Disclaimer: if camping isnt your thing, just skip this option. you will just ruin it for everyone else. Mike is one of a kind. Best host ever. we reached at night, so we were a bit worried about the area, then we met mike and felt completely at home, completely safe. he gave us so many tips on directions just to make sure we dont get lost (it's not that complicated now looking back). he stays in contac 24/7. he has some sort of carpet so that the tent isnt directly on the floor. there is a designated place for fire. he will give you wood. he even helped us with the fire just saw that we could settle quickly. Sunrise was the best part. So Pitch your tent facing east.

Mike was such an amazing and wonderful host. He was so kind as to help me when my car got stuck, TWICE! We shared a beer and talked about the camp and how he built the entire campground himself which was super impressive. The toilet was very creative and a joy to have witness. Once it warms up a bit and I get out that way again I will visit once more. I highly recommend this camping spot for anyone looking for a fun getaway. I was traveling all across Arizona and this was by far the best spot I stayed at.

What an amazing experience camping at Mike's campground. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Mike is such a sweet and kind man and very attentive. I would stay again in a heart bit if I have the opportunity. Thanks Mike!

Amazing place! Super friendly owner, and great views. It truly is a hide away oasis. You must like primitive camping though - which we do!

Awesome. This place is so cool. Absolutely the most unique Campground have ever been to. The host Mike will accommodate you to the best of his ability. That's if something isn't already there. Because you have everything you need at this place. The sunsets the most beautiful I've ever seen in the world.

Had such a great time here. Mike is very friendly and his dogs are awesome. Staying in the middle of the desert for the first time was pretty neat. Definitely coming back to this RV park.

The place is extremely unique, and decorated as such. At first look, you may be concerned about your safety, but Mike (the owner) lives less than 100m away. He is extremely friendly, and accommodating. We had an excellent experience here.

Great place to camp! I would recommend reserving through HipCamp, though. We drove up last minute and happened to catch Mike preparing for another camper, and he was super welcoming and helpful! We explained we hadn't reserved anything and he let us pay cash to stay for the night. He does have 8 off-leash dogs, and our dog has leash aggression, but when we told him she was skittish he let us know he was leaving soon and the dogs would follow - which was true! He left with the dogs almost immediately after and we were left with a beautiful site with a great view. Overall a fantastic experience!
