I have been coming to this campground for nearly 20 yrs for the Talladega races. It is family friendly with some partying but overall you will meet friends for life. Its about a mile to the track and an easy walk. It has some full hook ups with some 50 amp (call early to reserve). The owners (Mickey and Nelda) are 2 of the nicest folks you will ever meet.

Nice campground. Full hookups. Pets were allowed off leash while we were there; however this is off season so may be different based upon time of year. Owners are very friendly, campground was well maintained, peaceful and quiet.

Although the campground wasn’t opened for business the owner welcomed us and helped us set up with full hookups. This nice RV park is a short distance from Talladega Super Speedway but I would suggest calling way in advance of race day!

Please do not be fooled by this couple. This campground is a JOKE. They will rip you off. They are mean and disrespectful. Highly prejudice. They will over charge people and steal your property. They say one thing up front to get your business and then change the rules and then LIE about having done it.

This is where we love most ! Everything you need is right here ! Micky and Nelda are the most gracious hosts. There is wood and ice here, toilets, dish tv-they make you feel right at home ! I would camp here even if there was not a race !
