This place has a little of everything for everyone. Better than a KOA if you are into camping. Campground plots available for campers. Located on Zumbro river so you can camp and swim. There is canoe rentals but i don't know if they have that but it would be nearby. They have a bar and grill. There are showers available. Place is open year round. 4 wheeler trails too. Plenty of parking. Rochester isnt far away. It is large enough to accommodate groups,though id call ahead for that. Friendly service and something for everyone.

Horrible place that doesn’t accept locals!! Very hard to camp without phone calls and extremely high costs. Also, a campground where you can’t eat out (at their restaurant) with a small pet. Empty picnic tables and outdoor seating, but still rejected for seating of 8 people.

We’ve been coming to Mac’s for a couple years now (seasonal and permanent parties in our group) and we love it! No noise ordinance, bar is fun, food is great, and plenty of fun people to get to know! Golf cart trails and the “some beach” is a nice addition! Fishing is also a fun time!

Nice place friendly people, delicious burgers and good fishing below the dam. Definitely suggest mac's for people looking to a campground near Rochester

I really enjoyed going to Macs in previous years. But this year we called on a Tuesday before memorial weekend and we're told it was first come first serve for camping spots. We called again Wednesday evening to make sure that we could check in early Thursday morning and we were told they no longer had camping for people other than seasonal. That pretty much blew our whole weekend camping it would have been nice if they would have made their mind up sooner than 2 days before the weekend. Very disappointed!
