We camped here in a 43ft 5th wheel with 4 dogs. The park is clean, staff 8s amazing. The girls in the office are helpful and friendly. The campground is close to attractions. Has a good size laundry room pool in summer was nice. Highly recommend staying here our visit was great.

This is a no frills campground. Everything looks dated and not well kept. It is basically a do it yourself campground...half of sites are full time campers from what I gathered. Nothing exciting here at this campground. Location is great for visiting popular attractions and proximity to fuel and restaurant is a plus.

Have been here many, many times due to the location being convenient for UW health access ....Understand campground has recently been sold. Personnel at desk have been pleasant but sure hope new owners address safety as to most of the fire pits being way too close to adjacent site RV's, and the issues associated with the declining clientele's campground respect and etiquette. Do not appreciate getting sparks and embers ruining my vehicles paint surfaces but told " the fire pits are there so I can use them". I thought wood was supposed to be only from a local source but they had their own truckload.....I showed them the 50-100 ash and ember marks on the hood of the jeep the following morning and apparently they thought it was humorous. I moved my vehicle away from my site to protect it from from being further damaged and then was concerned about the sparks and embers getting to the motor home roof top when they decided to repeat it another evening.. Their barking dog just added to this recent visit at this campground certainly not being an enjoyable experience.

I took my kids camping there for a weekend. The pool was dirty, the grass needed to get cut and the weeds need to get sprayed. But it looked like there was homeless people camping in the entrance. But the problem I have is they let them use the pool. When i paid $180 for 2 nights. I don't think that's right. Just a lot of sketchy people walking around. And when you have little kids that makes it hard to relax and have fun and let them go have fun. The camp store is only open till 4. The workers were nice.

We’ve been full-timing for 8 years, and this was one of the best layouts for a campground that we’ve seen. Super easy to pull in and out. WiFi worked well consistently (not a given at most campgrounds). Sites are pretty close together but the park is still remarkably quiet.
