A short walk from the north trailhead and a nice 2.5 mile loop on yellow and white. Yellow trail has a bit of change in elevation while the white trail is pretty flat. For a bit of variation and still in a one hour range of walking, I take the very scenic red/yellow connector but have to pay for it by being on red trail for a bit.

Easy hike on the white trail. Area has benches to rest on at the end.

A very peaceful resting place on your hike. Easy to moderate if you take the yellow trail in. Taking the red trail and then connecting isn’t bad.

Beautiful, serene and peaceful! It doesn't take long to hike there from the North Trailhead at Oak Mountain State Park. Everytime my son and I hike there, we always have to stop by Maggie's Glen.

A rather easy hike, but one of the most peaceful and beautiful places in the whole park. It is a quick (1mile) stroll to Maggie's Glen, but it is sure worth it. If the water is high enough, there is plenty of good fun to be had in the warm months!
