Quiet and gated. Pool and hot tub. Laundry room worked great. Stayed for 2 months and everyone was very friendly. Staff was very polite and helpful as well. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Magic Valley Resort was spectacular! From the moment we arrived, all the staff greeted us with warm and welcome smiles. They all made us feel like family. My husband left the truck windows down and the friendly maintenance workers came to let us know it was raining outside, we were very blessed for staff's attentiveness. Our place was very spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool/ hot tub area was an elevated experience, we truly felt like we were living in paradise! Deb the park manager was the sweetest! Whether you are renting or purchasing, I highly recommend Magic Valley. They have lots of activities. This resort delivers!

They are under new management. I was sad to see them change the name from MVP (Magic Valley Park) to Magic Valley Resort. It is frustrating seeing the garbage and recycling containers exposed, which used to be nicely tucked away. I'm hopeful they will be concealed once they get past the winter rush. It really is an unfortunate eyesore for everyone and a bad first impression for potential newcomers! Just before the winter season began, the park was converted to propane and they seem to be having some difficulty figuring out how to keep the pool warm enough on the cool days. We are hoping it is just a learning process and going forward it'll be maintained warm enough to use on cold nights. The lobby has been updated and really feels very welcoming and comfortable. The management team seems to really care about getting everything taking care of that residents bring up through the resident association. We love all of the activities! I'm not a golfer, but many in the park come to play all winter long at the many golf courses in the area. As a legacy family member who's grand parents retired here from North Dakota in the seventies I really love the community. Whether you are a full-timer or 'Winter Texan' it is a wonderful place to call home.

The place seemed vacant. No trees, all concrete a bit creepy. I was interested in a trailer, called the number, and the same people from the other trailer that was for sale answered. Seems like a monopoly! I don't trust what's happening there. Weird 😵‍💫

My wife and I rented a mobile home for the month of February 2022. The park is filled with amazing people who organize a huuge number of activities. Golf, pickleball, pool,shuffleboard, dances, entertainment and much more. The facility was wonderful with nice pool and hot tub. Great stay!

Magic Valley is a wonderful park, and everyone is friendly and kind. With beautiful plants and trees all over, and very peaceful.
