Nice place but not a vacation resort. Clean laundry and showers. Nice people very helpful.

I have stayed at a few in the area and looked at many. This is best in a 20 mile radius. Bo, Pam and Lexi do a great job of handling things. Lots of trees, big spaces with a lot of privacy. Many people stay long term. Two nice big ponds, and dog areas. Great place to just take a quiet walk. Good WiFi, no cable TV but you don't really need it. They are expanding by 60 spaces and making a lot of improvements as they go such as fiber optic WiFi. Very friendly residents. Roads are bumpy but I'm told they are working on it. Try to stay near the back as the road noise from Nichols-Sawmill can be loud at times. Hard to get a space, call early. I'm coming back year and booked already.

We stayed here on our way through Texas from Florida and thank goodness for this little slice of heaven! After a rough few days getting out of Florida being able to have a hot shower, clean the RV and have a rest was awesome. The management was so friendly and helpful. On site laundry, Rec room, propane for small containers, dog park. The full amenities. Thank you for having us!

A nice stop for 2 nights. Very clean with a large laundry room. Ponds to stroll too. Seems to have a lot of full time rvs there and if I relocating to the area I'd live there. Didn't see or talk to any of the residents but it had a safe and friendly vibe. From the other parks in the area this one seems the best, would definitely stay here again next time we visit our friends.

We were definitely impressed with the campground facilities and the staff are extremely accommodating and friendly . We look forward to returning and hopefully some day becoming seasonal campers here.
