So excited for new opportunities I went by magnolia village and got to meet the new management they showed me around the property and I got to see the mobile homes they had available and man I just want to say I never felt more at home with how welcoming Ashley and windy are shout out to you guys I look forward to doing an application here thank you

I lived here all of 2024 and I’m very thankful for how understanding the management was when i communicated with them! We never had any issues, even though there was small maintenance problems that came and fixed them either immediately or within a few days! Only reason i moved was to be closer to my family otherwise i would have stayed!

I’ve been living here for 3 years now, and feel comfortable living here. I feel safe walking around the park. The manager and her assistant are also very friendly and fair. I respect the girls for being honest with me and always willing to strengthen our relationship. There are some things that I don’t like, which are out of their control. The water bill, plumbing issues, but they will get better, since they have added individual meters. I believe this place is save, because the girls do their due diligence to remove bad apples in the park! I’ve seen it for some time. Thank you girls for making this community our home.

We been here for 6 months and have issues every other week. Beatriz always seems to make an excuse for everything rather than solving the problem. Our door is still not properly fixed after being here for 6 months. I didn’t have a working toilet for 5 days. I notified Beatriz and she didn’t bother to respond. There is also never any hot water in our unit. Everytime we use the shower dirt comes back to the surface. The water never fully goes down the drain. There is cockroaches inside our shoes, next to the dishes, under the fridge. etc. Even after a fumigation we found a nest of roaches behind the fridge.We haven’t had a working fridge for a month. My groceries keep going bad. The lights are always flickering. Our lights went out which resulted getting charged extra to our light bill. There was nothing wrong with the meter or post, rather than something inside the trailer. They said I had to speak to Beatriz about that. Which is impossible because my husband has been calling for 3 weeks and no one answers the phone. He’s gone to the office and the doors are always locked. I’ve asked for speak to someone other than Beatriz and she always ignores the questions. I’ve made a review and mine is the only one that hasn’t gotten a response.

Perfect Family living environment!!! Awesome management both manager and assistant are very helpful and accommodating to any objections one might have. Community is super neat and clean compared to most I’ve seen. I definitely recommended anyone looking for the perfect environment for the family to check out Magnolia Village!
