Safe and inexpensive way to camp right next to Fremont Street. Bathrooms and showers were cleaned daily and were very nice. It's also full hookups with water so you can leave nice and fresh.

Very clean, especially the bathrooms. Site has full hookups, water, sewer, 20A, 30A, 50A. Pull through sites fit our 42ft RV no problem. For check in don’t try to park in either of the lots attached to the Casino, we did and almost got stuck. Park across the street.

Good location from which to visit Las Vegas. Washrooms and laundromat clean and in very good condition. Plenty of space to manœuvre. -It is basically a parking lot with hook-ups. Hook-ups well-worn but functional. As discussed in other reviews, beware of potential theft. Someone tried to steal our bikes from under the tarp behind our RV. Fortunately, the Security personnel was on site in a timely fashion. Good value.

The only reason this parking lot is getting one star is because we have 50 amp power, water and sewer. There is no office here so you have to check in at the hotel about 1/4 mile away, which has no RV parking so you have to come to this parking lot they call an RV park, call the reservation desk (I was on hold for 16 minutes before anyone answered my call) and they’ll assign you a parking spot. There is no grass, anywhere, for pets to be taken to relieve themselves. There’s a very active fire department across the street and boarded up apartments I can see from my RV window. I wouldn’t feel safe walking from here to the casino due to people living under the freeway we are adjacent to, not to mention the people passed out next to the sidewalk and the bus stop right at the entrance to the ‘park’. Definitely will never return here.

Great little RV park just three blocks north of Fremont Street. The RV park offers both 30 and 50-amp full hook-up sites and a designated pet area. The RV Park has access to both men's and women's restrooms with showers and laundry room. RV park guests may use the fitness center at the nearby California Hotel, just stop by the California Hotel front desk for access. They do have security cameras and do come through the park to check on everything. The bathrooms and showers are nice and clean as well as the laundry room. You can hear the highway that’s right by the park so if you are a light sleeper pickup some ear plugs. I will for sure use this again when passing through town.

Literally just a parking lot under a highway overpass… don’t waste your money, facilities were down. Never gonna spend another dollar on any Boyd property/casino again.

I’d rate 0 stars if I could. This place is extremely disorganized and unreliable. I made plans based off bad information they provided me. Don’t trust what they say. I called two weeks ago asking if they were pet friendly. The reservation line had a guideline of no pet over 35 lbs. I asked if we could do a pet interview. She didn’t know so she transferred me to the front desk. I explained that we have a dog around 60 to 70 lbs and very well behaved and asked about pet interview. The front desk receptionist said that it was fine as long as it was just one dog. Great I said. From this information, I began setting dates and making plans. My mom wanted to stay near us so she booked a hotel down the street. When dates were figured out, I tried to make a reservation on their hotel website. It crashes every time I tried so I called the reservation line again to book. New rep told me about the 35 lbs limit, and I explained I had called and got the ok for a larger dog. She called over to check and then spoke with someone else. She came back saying that they would not let us stay now…even after we made plans relying on the information provided. She transferred me to the manager Jeffrey but had to leave a voicemail. I called the next day and spoke with a front desk receptionist and explained the situation. She told me that the weight limit was only 25 lbs. I asked to speak with Jeffrey, and she said she’d have him call me right away when he came in. Never received a call. That was over a week ago. If they are this disorganized with all this, I am sure their customer service experience is bad everywhere else. Now we have to stay much further from our group because of their bad information and disorganized staff

Giving a three due to location (easy walk to Fremont). Pretty large “park” which as noted is basically a parking lot with hookups. Spaces are pretty narrow (we have 40’ motorhome with slides) but luckily it is not at all crowded. Lots of signs to take dogs to dog area which is a short hike to any area under the highway. Plenty of room for a better dog experience. Also, noticed in the laundry room that 6 of the 7 washing machines were out of order. Didn’t check out shower facilities.

Only 2 bogus from Fremont St experience.... Will with the $48us at paid a night for full services. Earrings are modern and spotless was well as the showers. Laundry facilities onsite. Security constant driving through the lots and security cameras was well. You are on a posting lot in downtown Las Vegas with freeways all around but super convenient to access Fremont. Would stay again

BEWARE!!!! We just left this RV park after a homeless woman tried over and over again to get into our RV while we were sitting in it. There is supposed to be security there we had to call for them to come and they sent a man over who was around 4‘10“ tall and he did absolutely nothing but tell her she’s leaving now. Wouldn’t that be something you would call the police for?? There is also a ghetto apartment complex right behind the park and we seen people hopping the fence all the time into the RV park
